He re installed the handles so they work easier than before. He clearly explained all details of his work and made sure I knew how to turn them on. The whole repair was done efficiently and in a short amount of time. They explained the issue to us and gave us different options. We ended up replacing our hot water tank and they were able to come within 2 days to replace the hot water tank. Needed my water heater replaced and Clay was awesome. Unlike other services I didnt feel like there was a ton of "selling" he fixed my problem, was responsive and enjoyed the experience. Clay was 10/10, I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. We has some challenges as it was an older water heater, also needed to replace mixing valve and change the exhaust pipe but every step of the way Clay and co did everything as soon as possible to get me hot water again. 10/10Answer from pro:
