    Exterior caulking

Paul provided a skilled, meticulous service of caulking our driveway's expansion joints (1 day) and then recaulking the exterior frames of the windows and doors in our house (3 days). Neat and tidy and polite. No hesitation in recommending Royal Caulking for this work. Eric & Philippa Holowaty.

    Caulking exterior of house

Paul caulked the exterior of our large old house and also cleaned the green algae and repaired cracks in the stucco. Most of the work was on the second floor and loft, so it was not particularly easy to access. Paul is very hard-working, diligent, professional, and easy to get along with. Also a shout out to his pal Lucas who also did great work. I would highly recommend these guys. Ermanno

Excellent service for several caulking projects around the house

Paul was responsive and interactive before the job, as we scoped out the projects together. We redid caulking in a bathtub and shower that had been done 2 years ago because it was already turning black. Paul said he guaranteed his work for 10 years so that clinched it for me. He went above and beyond the scope at no charge. His work was the finest quality and he had smart recommendations for colours. Highly recommended.

    Install, Repair or Replace Caulking

I recently had the caulking replaced on my bathtub, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The team responded quickly to my inquiry, scheduling an appointment within a day. Not only did they re-caulk the bathtub efficiently, but they also took the initiative to inspect and touch up other areas that needed attention, all within the initially quoted time frame. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the extra work they did. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone needing similar work done.
