Paul did a great job on my windows and patio door caulking. Very nice and polite . He took his time troubleshooting the draft issue with my patio door to ensure the problem is properly addressed. He also explained what he did after he completed his job. Thanks Paul.

Paul arrived on time, as scheduled and did a first class job of removing multiple layers of old caulking before properly insulating and resealing a two-storey seam joining an aluminum sided addition to an original brick wall. We are keeping his card for future jobs if they come up.

I hired PAUL from ROYAL CAULKING AND PAINT based upon the reviews he had on Homestars. I hired him to re-caulk the base of the outside walls on both sides of the house. Not only did he do a superb job but he communicated well before and during the job, making sure we got what we wanted, as well as offering good advice based upon his experience. In addition, he noticed one or two other possible problems and fixed them at no extra cost. Paul is efficient, very competent and honest.

Paul did an amazing job. We had 4 windows with some VERY unsightly caulking! He stripped down 4 layers of old caulking (so thick.) I know it would have been very hard work, and it was hot too. He spent about 3-1/2 hours longer than he had planned to spend on the job. It looks dramatically better, like night and day. Paul was respectful, phoned to discuss the job, and he cleaned up very thoroughly when he was all done which I very much appreciated. I will def contact Paul again.

I would highly recommend Royal Caulking. Paul's work ethic is seldom seen anymore. He is very meticulous about his work and making sure everything is as you want it.

Paul and his team did an incredible job removing and replacing the caulking around our home. They took their time to carefully remove 3 layers of old caulking and did a masterful job with the colour matching and application of the new caulking. Their goal is to make the caulking disappear and they certainly achieved that! We are so impressed with Paul’s knowledge and work ethic. Work area was spotless when by the time they left. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has high attention to detail, Paul is your guy. PLUS! His pricing came in as very fair, especially compared with other estimates we received. So grateful for you Paul! Thanks again!

Paul contacted me about a caulking job I had posted and was prompt in providing his same day availability and pricing. We had a call where he answered my questions about weatherproofing and some other details. He was patient in answering my questions. Paul arrived the same day to caulk 2 windows, one of which was leaking quite a bit when it rained. He spent time to explain what he thought was the issue when he was able to see the caulking in person. We noted that he was very diligent in removing the entirety of the old caulking and replacing it with new caulking properly and did not rush the job. He also helped us remove some debris from the gutters while he was on the 2nd story at no charge and was as helpful as he could be. No surprises with the pricing and it was very reasonable. I waited to write this review to see how the caulking held up in a downpour. It is working perfectly. Would definitely recommend Paul and his services. Thank you!
