    Waterproofing room in basement

    I was extremely happy with the work. They arrived on time and left the basement very clean. They explained everything they were going to do. I will definitely recommend Mud Monkeys to my friends.

    Basement Waterproofing

    We hired Mud Monkeys for waterproofing one wall from which water was seeping into the basement. They offered us three different ways to fix it (and recommended we do the cheapest one!). We had a French drain put in as well as waterproofing of the wall. It was a very fast process, it only took about two days. There was a sump pump (plumbing) charge above what Mud Monkeys charged but we were reimbursed through the City. We've now been through a very rainy year with no water in the basement at all. Note: Mud Monkeys does the demo/prep work but you'll need to hire someone to put the wall/floor back together after. We did the demo work ourselves and they were cool with that. If there are specific ways you want the demo/prep work done, you should let them know in advance/while they are working. I would definitely recommend them to others as the cost was much less than what we were anticipating and the process was very fast.

    Basement interior waterproofing

    We called mud monkeys to complete interior waterproofing on the north side of our house after we had them out a few years ago to do the exterior on the south side of our house. Both times, Darby and his team were outstanding. They completed the work on time and were extremely professional. I now don't worry about the basement when it rains. We have recommended them to our friends and neighbours. Thank-you!

    Waterproofing

    We used Mud Monkeys for two separate waterproofing projects. They had been recommended to us by another reputable trade we have used in the past. Darby was my main contact. He was polite and professional. They completed both jobs without any complaints or issues from our tenants. I was sent pictures of what they found when they dug out around the foundation and of the work completed. It definitely gives you extra confidence when any trade is happy to walk you through their work. I would use them again if I had a situation that required it and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a waterproofing contractor.

    Basement bench and waterproof

    We had an unbelievable experience with Darby and his crew. From beginning to finish they were respectful of our space, efficient with their time and produced great results. I highly recommend them for the reasons listed above.

    Mud Monkey Basement Waterproofing

    I hired the Mud Monkey's to come and do my basement water proofing after getting quotes from RCC, Aquatek, Clark Basement and Public Plumbing. I decided to go with Mud Monkey's because Darby the guy who came and gave the quote was very knowledgeable and was very friendly. Not once did I feel pressured to do the job and he was able to answer all my questions. Darby took extra time to even answer some more questions I had over the phone. The team that came in were very nice and friendly. Each worker acted professional. On top of the top notch service, the mud monkey's completed the job in a quick time (2.5 days) to do my whole basement. I am very happy that I went with the Mud Monkeys

    Waterproofing the basement

    Mudmonkeys did a superlative job waterproofing our basement. We had serious water problems at the front and back of the house. So significant it took us hours with a wet vac to just contain the water not creating any more damage. The mudmonkeys crew were professional, thorough and reassuring. We are in the process of renovating our basement to provide a third floor for our family including a bathroom, kitchen and family room. All this would not be possible without the work from the mud monkey team. I cannot say enough good things about their work and professionalism.

    Basement waterproofing

    The guys were extra ordinary. They were able to stick to the timing and finish almost 1 day earlier. Its hard to find great and honest companies like Mud Monkey's. Amazing Job!!

    Basement waterproofing

    My basement waterproofing project was completed expertly and on schedule! The Mud Monkeys team was friendly and responsive. They explained each step of the process and answered all my questions. The team cleaned up each day and left the site in good condition once the job was finished.

    Water Proofing Wall

    These guys are great! Job done safely, as scheduled and with quality. Responded quickly to follow-ups. Ground settles after this sort of work and Darby's guys are were always back for repair the Friday after I called. Friday is repair/followup day. Monday to Thursday is when the guys are doing the water proofing. Very efficient system.
