Reparge on side of house
Mud Monkeys originally came and reparged the side of my house. I was happy with the job. Nearly five years later I noticed that the wall area between the house and the driveway needed to be resealed. Well I phoned Darby and he said "I remember you" and within the week he had sent one of his guys to reseal the wall with no questions asked and no payment required. I was extremely happy.

Basement Waterproofing (preparation for a sump pump)
I had to install a sump pump in my basement. Darby's team did the first part of the job which was to cut out the drywall dig around the perimeter, install the sump pump bucket, fill in the excavated area with the weeping tiles and cement the area and add the waterproof membrane to the walls (not necessarily in that order). The workers were always on time, polite and friendly. They cleaned up the area each time they left and even swept along the walkway where they pushed the wheelbarrow. I was impressed with how clean they left the room. I didn't have to do any cleaning! I would highly recommend Darby's team for any basement waterproofing work. Thank you Darby for doing this project and making it cost efficient to fit my budget and to your team for doing a great job!

Exterior and interior waterproofing
Excellent work and terrific service. We used Mud Monkeys for another job two years ago and were happy to have them back again for a smaller job. Darby and his team were terrific. We would definitely recommend them again.

Waterproofing Basement (Weeping Tiles)
I was really impressed with and remain grateful to this team of three. It was a large and thoroughly grueling job. Yet each man was consistently upbeat, pleasant, and respectful of my property despite having to work right next to a bee hive in 30+ degree, humid weather. These are the kind of people who, upon seeing something needing doing, simply take care of it - without mentioning it. They did an excellent and professional job, cleaned up, and shockingly - on the few occasions when they were inside my basement, they even remembered to turn off the lights before leaving.

Basement Waterproofing
Darby is knowledgeable, responsive and oversees the project from start to finish. I used him on two separate occasions - one for interior and another (unrelated problem) for exterior. The crew works extremely hard, even showing up on the coldest days of winter to dig. They continued to come back to fill in areas that had settled without my calling them. Mud Monkeys turned a big problem into a worry-free solution. I would highly recommend this Company.

Basement waterproofing
We recieved quotes from several companies, and Mud Monkeys wasn't the cheapest (nor most expensive) BUT they instilled far more confidence than all other companies that quoted. Mainly, looking at the basement, they were clear on what they expected to find when they dug and suggested different options according to my preferences. In addition to this they were punctual and very polite and made an effort to speak to both me and my wife (whereas other companies that quoted would essentially ignore my wife while standing in front of her which was rude... it's a small detail but it did make a huge difference). When they started digging they found exactly what they expected to find, and when the job was done they came in under-budget. The worksite was left as tidy as possible every day and the workers were polite and more than happy to answer our questions. Not only that, but when they thought there was something we should see they made an effort to contact us to discuss. There were literally no surprises which is excellent for a job that expensive. I would recommended Mud Monkeys to anyone.

Basement Underpinning
We selected Mud Monkeys after getting several quotes to underpin our basement. We were obviously nervous about lots of things with such a big, structural project, but all our fears melted away once we met Darby. He was awesome from the start. Very responsive, clear communication about timelines and costs. We had an exceptional crew led by Nick who managed the site. They were exactly on-time and on-budget. We are happy to recommend Darby and team to anyone! Hire them. You won't be sorry.

Foundation waterproofing
Mud Monkeys came well recommended -- and they didn't disappoint. Did great work, for the quoted price & on time. Cleaned up the site & have promised to come back to deal with soil settling, if it happens. Darby Braun and his team are terrific to deal with.

Fixed leak in basement
Had small leak in basement. Fixed problem quickly. No further issues. Very impressed with follow up too. They are coming back to back fill area now that earth has settled. Easy to work with, great results and follow up. Job well done.

waterproofing basement
Classic wet basement and was told about Mud Monkeys from a good friend. Darby, the owner, and his crew were not only competent but they kept us informed about the progress of the work, took photographs, answered our questions with a smile, went the extra mile when they discovered some of our bricks needed to be replaced and most importantly took pride in their work. Absolutely lovely people and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Really hard to put into words on how happy we are with their work. Top notch, simply top notch.
