We've had a leaky flat roof dripping water into the garage of our townhouse for several years now. I found Canadian Roofing Company on Homestars and was impressed by their great rating and fantastic reviews. Jason came by to survey the damage and took the time to discuss the issue with me instead of just a quick once over and giving me a cost, like some of the other companies that had come by. He didn't just look at the main issue, but took the time to investigate other areas which could be areas of concern. When the crew came by, they were very friendly and were happy to discuss the process with us. The guys on the team made sure to make the work as non-disruptive as possible for me and my neighbours. Any mess made on site was always cleaned at the end of the work day, and the work was completed faster than expected (even though the water damage was worse than anticipated). Jason and the crew also made sure to mention some items outside of the scope of work that I should keep my eye on or look to work on in the near future. It is apparent that everyone on the team wants the best for you and your home. Many thanks to Jason and his team. We're super happy with the work done!

Jason answered all our questions. His foreman Steve is very thorough and he and his team are all very respectful. They're not cheap and so is their work. Jason is always available when you need to reach out to him and he attended to all my requests promptly even if his men are busy.

I was referred to Canadian Roofing Company by my contractor. I contacted Jason for a quote and he was able to come out a couple days after our initial discussion. The quoting process was thorough. Jason took time to describe exactly what would be completed and what the scope of work would be. He answered all our questions. He told us things we may need to look out for. It was a very thorough discussion which we appreciated, and gave us comfort in knowing exactly what we were getting. One aspect of the quoting process was that Jason explained to us what materials he would use and why he used them. This again made me comfortable as a home owner. Canadian Roofing Company does use higher quality roofing products, which will hopefully last longer than your typical roof. Given this summer has had an extreme variance in weather (very rainy) the actual work took place about a month and a half after the quoting process (this worked for us, we had no leaks or issues with the old roof - Jason did mention though that if we did have a leak or issue before they were able to replace it, they would get out on an emergency basis). Our scope of work included new roof shingles, underlay, ice barrier, eaves, and fascia. The day the roof was replaced, to say the least, I was impressed. The crew showed up, ensured the property surrounding the area of work was WELL protected (they tarped all plants for protection), and were able to complete the roof within the day. I was most impressed with clean up though. You would not have known a new roof was installed that day after they left. The aluminum crew came a day after to complete the fascia and new eaves. Like the roofing crew, the aluminum crew were professional, clean and very thorough. All in all, I am more than happy with this new roof for our house. While the initial investment may be a bit more than your average contractor, I would always recommend going with Canadian Roofing Company. I will definitely use them in the future and will use them again for other projects they can help with (insulation, siding, etc.). Thanks to everyone at Canadian Roofing for the new roof!!!

Very pleased with job. Jason, Justin and his crew did a great job! Work is done in an efficient manner. All debris cleaned up and removed from site. You wouldn't even know they were here! Thank you!

Professionalism in all the aspects of the work. Darren promptly replied to my request; he provided a thorough and accurate quote and they completed the job in two days. The crew that came in was respectful and they left the job site impeccable. It was a complicated job but I am extremely happy with the results. There were a couple of minor things to fix but Darren pointed those out before I did. I strongly recommend the company.

Our roof started leaking and certain sections showed deteriating Shingles. Called Canadian roofing co.and Jason the owner gave us a detailed outline of the work required, answered all our questions, and a written quote. The roof was replaced to our complete satisfaction. If we need to call him for whatever reason, we know he'll be available, because he cares about his customers needs. I referred Canadian Roofing Co. to my son, who should be having his roof replaced in a couple of weeks.

This was the second time I used this company's service. Reasonable price. A very professional & strong team. Friendly, punctuate, clean, job was done exactly as written in the contract. I would recommend this company.

Darren and his team were great to work with. They came in quickly to quote the job and had the roof done the next weekend in a matter of two days - it was fantastic! With all of the rain we had been having and a new addition on our home, they were quick, efficient and extremely professional to ensure we could close up our house from the elements. Jason and his team were a pleasure to deal with. From the quote, through all the work Jason made sure to explain the entire process and strove to exceed expectations. We requested some extras while the job was ongoing and Jason was more than fair accommodating these at a very reasonable cost. We were happy with the whole process.

We are extremely satisfied with the work carried out by Canadian Roofing Company at our house as well as with our overall experience with Jason and his team of professionals. I was very impressed with Jason's knowledge, experience, and attention to detail while keeping a big-picture view. This time, we had 2 new skylights installed (with mounting frames) by Jason's foreman, Justin. The workmanship was good and the work was done cleanly and efficiently. Justin also checked the rest of our roof and even redid some caulking around the vents. We would hire Canadian Roofing Company again and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
