A big thanks to the crew for fixing my roof after a recent windstorm. They completed the work quickly and professionally and I would recommend them to anyone. I won't be calling anyone else but these guys. Pic shows roof damage

I spoke with Darren about having the shingles replaced on mine and my neighbors roof. He organized the work to be done very quickly. The crew were amazing and the foreman Steve explained every detail to me as the work was being done. They did find I had to some of the roof rebuilt it was discussed in detail including pictures before they proceeded. The crew were very respectful to both of our properties and did a great job of cleaning up during and after the project. I would definitely recommend Canadian Roofing

Jason and his company were recommended to me by family and after reviewing their ratings and comments on Homestars I decided to reach out to them to obtain a quote. Having heard many stories about contractors, I was pleasantly surprised to see how responsive Jason was. He was quick to get out to see the property and took the time to thoroughly discuss his thoughts on what was needed and options. I never felt rushed when talklng to him and he took the time to answer questions thoroughly. He certainly knows his stuff and that gave me confidence to move forward with his company. Jason and his team did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the work that was completed. Even though we had a little hiccup toward the end of the job, Jason took the time to listen and make things right. I've always believed that on any projects issues will arise, but it's how the company deals with the problem that sets them apart. I am very happy with my experience with Canadian Roofing Company and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing service.

We had a leak in our roof, and we also had a section of eaves trough that had fallen off because of ice build-up. We contacted Canadian roofing because they had worked on our neighbours' roof. In addition to the required repairs, we identified some significant upgrades to our current eaves trough configuration. Jason of Canadian roofing provided a detailed estimate, and the team completed the work quickly with good attention to detail.

Had the roof re-shingled in early December 2017. Darren and his team were a pleasure to work with. They delivered as promised, getting all the work done in a few days time, and leaving everything clean and tidy when they left. I really valued the communication and updates to let me know the status of the work being done, as well as the time spent outlining what was being done on each day. Of several quotes reviewed, this wasn't the lowest but I really felt they delivered value and explained where they were investing the additional cost, in terms of quality of materials and workmanship. Highly recommend!

After a storm a couple months back, I started getting a water leak in the ceiling. After some investigation turned out a new roof was in order. I called 3 companies to get a quote, and Canadian Roofing stood out by far. They were in the middle range of the quotes I received however what really impressed me was their knowledge, quality and professionalism. Jason (the owner) took the time to explain to me what was going on, what needed to be done and options on how to move forward. I asked lots of questions and he was patient and thoroughly explained everything. When the crew came they were extremely courteous and professional. They ensured the area was cleaned and every detail was taken care. Jason also took the time after the job was complete to explain everything that was done. You can tell he is a master of his craft and knows his stuff! I'm truly happy with my experience with Canadian Roofing Company and would definitely recommend them for anyone needing roofing service.

Second time using Canadian Roofing (did our garage roof in 2015). This time flat roof (including chimney removal), aluminum work (eaves, fascia) and insulation. Professional company and crew. Darren responded to various inquiries and questions in a timely manner. A busy company so contact early and be prepared for schedule adjustments. Pleased with crew (no mess), outcomes and Darren's follow-up to ensure work to expectations.

This is a company that knows their stuff and care about the quality of the work. I had a contract at the beginning of the summer with another large company and they did not show up the day they were to start the work. I had lots of questions and was not getting clear answers. They then tried to charge me a lot more and claimed that they never quoted Velux glass skylights and were going to put in plastic skylights from another company. My contract that was written up by one of their representatives clearly stated Velux glass skylights. I got out of that contract and then went through another round of quotes from two well rated contractors on home stars. Darren came to do the quote and he climbed the roof and found a few things that others had not found. One of things he found was a possible raccoon and squirrel intrusion points that were blocked off with wire mesh at the dormer on the roof. He explained the best way to fix this and said that he would include it in the quote. The other contractor that quoted did not climb the roof. I sure I would have ended up with a raccoon or squirrel problem if I had used them. I picked Canadian roofing because Darren climbed the roof and took the time to provide clear answers to my many questions before providing the quote. The level of professionalism did not end here. The roofing staff arrived the day that they were supposed to. Justin was the supervisor of the crew that did my roof. I had lots of questions about the materials they were using and he took the time to explain everything till he saw that I understood. Amazing! A few times during the job he wanted to do something different than what was quoted and again he took the time to carefully explain why and made sure I was comfortable with his choice and said that I could call Darren if I wnated. The aluminum work was started after the roof got completed and James was the manager for this work. One again his professionalism was on par with that of Darren and Justin. I did not have as many questions but when I did he was very clear with his answers. I also asked that one of the down spouts be routed to a location in my back yard where I was going to place a rain barrel. The downspout was routed in a very nice manner and looks great. Lastly I got different opinions on leaf guard for the eve’s troughs so I asked Darren what he thought and he suggested that I do it. I smile every time I look at them! Lots of the houses around my neighborhood had the eaves cleaned out during November and I already see leaves in them now.

Darren was great. Took a bit of time to get him over to get me a quote but communication was good throughout. Once we got the quote we were very happy. It wasn’t the cheapest but it was super thorough and well thought out. I felt good about the company and the work was done quickly and as quoted. It’s nice dealing with professionals.

We’d been searching through Homestar for an appropriate roofing company & consulted with several. We chose Jason & his team because they seemed personable, yet professional. They gave us a reasonable quote & kept us in the loop throughout the repair process. We are very satisfied with the quality of their work & expertise of their staff. We highly recommend them !
