Ours is an older cozy bungalow. We kept putting off replacing our roof, but had no choice as an animal bored a hole in our roof which caused a leak. Once Jason came, he examined our roof, provided us with a quote, and walked us though the process. Jason was very professional, quite knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Given their busy summer scheduled, we waited a few weeks, but Jason was always prompt and courteous to keep us apprised of potential dates. On project day, foreman Justin and his team arrived early, working diligently for the entire day and cleaning up thoroughly. We did not experience any inconvenience. Justin, like Jason was also professional and patient whenever we asked questions. We were very pleased to be accommodated in such tight timelines to have our roof replaced by a team of experts in this particular business. We highly recommend this company.

Darren and his crew did a phenomenal job on our semi-detached home last week. What we thought was going to be a fairly simple roofing project, turned into a HUGE undertaking for our home and our neighbours. Dealing with years of neglect from previous owners I'm so glad we hired Canadian Roofing to do the job and the manpower it took to remove 8 tonnes (yes that's EIGHT) tonnes of layers of tar, gravel and rotted wood from our flat roofs. When Darren gave us a quote, it was more than just numbers. He walked us through typically what his crew finds in homes in our area and particularly our flat roof with what he observed from his initial assessment. We live in a semi-detached home built sometime in the 1930s and although well maintained and good bones throughout, the flat roof was in rough condition. There were four layers on top and the original rafters were in bad shape because there wasn't any proper circulation occurring over the past eighty years. We had a long list of to-dos, including re-shingling, rebuilding the chimney, moving exhaust vents, insulation, soffit and fascia and the addition of a skylight along with rebuilding the flat roof for both of our sides. It was a big project, that they successfully managed from start to finish. The crews worked so hard, kept us up-to-date at all times and even though had to stop a few times because of heavy rain recently, there weren't any problems during this project. The cleanup was immaculate and they were so respectful of our neighbours. We're so happy with the work that Darren and his crew did, including connecting us to other trades that would be able to finish the interior skylight finishing and electrical work. Jason was up front about the cost on the roof compared to the non-regulated Roofers in Maple. I live in a high wind area and required shingles designed for the winds. He then went over with us all the work that his company would do. We recently had our chimney rebuilt and wanted an experienced roofer to complete the flashing on the chimney. We had some water damage and wanted to insure that the problem was addressed appropriately. Darren from Canadian Roofing Company Ltd. inspected our roof and informed us that part of our water damage was not only being caused by the lack of chimney flashing but eavestroughs that were too short and not sealed where cuts were made. Darren spent time listening and talking with us and explaining what was going to be done and how in detail. He personally inspected all the work that was done by his crew and had adjustments made to his and our satisfaction. The work was not considered completed until we said we were happy and satisfied with the job. We would gladly use Canadian Roofing Company Ltd for any future work.

Our project required more than just a new roof (chimney re-build, insulation, proper venting, new skylight and new eaves troughs) and Canadian Roofing was able to do provide all these services. The crews did great work, were thoughtful about neighbours and our house (used protective coverings for windows & shared driveway) and tidied up completely at the end of each day. They also explained each stage of work clearly and documented with pictures. Our project was handled by both Darren and Jason who were very responsive with any/all questions and both aim to provide complete customer satisfaction. Have already recommended Canadian Roofing to others.

I'm very pleased with the roof installed by Canadian Roofing and would recommend the company. I have a partial flat roof with sections of cathedral shingled roof and Canadian Roofing was able to replace both to a high standard. While the roof was open, I reinsulated and the roofers worked seamlessly with the spray foam insulation company used to do the insulation. The crew was professional and Jason Hunter provided excellent communication throughout the project. The clean up by the crew was also spotless.

My wife and I built an addition on our home and after getting a couple of quotes we went with Jason's crew for roofing. We were very pleased with the work and also the conduct of his crew. That prompted us to ask if he could take care of the metal soffits, facia, gutters, downspouts and siding. He did take care of it all and we are quite happy with the results. When we first contacted Jason he was quick to respond and provided us with a written quote and scope of work. His crew was knowledgable, they worked safely and they did a thorough clean-up.
