We had an old roof in desperate need of renovation. Our budget was really tight, and from the beginning, it was a real pleasure to deal with Darren, starting from the actual quotation until the work was finished. All the other roofers we go in touch with weren't getting back to us or wanting to charge a fee to simply give us a quote! Darren and his team were excellent communicators, gave us prompt notices and took the time to go through the various aspects of the job. Darren and his crew are true professionals. Always on time and very responsive when handling the unexpected glitches that always come up during a renovation. Because the job was so well done, we probably wont need to use them for another 30 years but all I can is if you're looking for a roofer, Canadian Roofing is your team.

We needed the roof replaced on our garage. We got a number of quotes and CRC was competitive and the reviews on Homestars sealed the deal for us. Despite a very small job that we needed completed before our move in date Darren and his team were very professional. Four people showed up on time, were professional and courteous and completed the job in 2 hours.

When it comes to my roof, I only trust Jason and team from Canadian Roofing company. We had Jason come in a few years ago to replace our shingles and more recently for caulking work on our balcony. No issues, the work gets done with quality and on time!

We had a smaller job, but we received an immediate response and a thorough quote. Customer service was fantastic. They were able to do the job in a day and left the job site immaculate. Could not have been happier! Highly recommend.

We received quotes from 4 different roofers, but based on reviews and after talking to Jason, we decided to go with Canadian Roofing. The job was done in a couple of days. Before changing the roof, I had an existing leak which stays with the new roof. I called Jason, and was very impressed that he called me back the same afternoon. Jason came to investigate the problem. He poured lots of water, and we could not see any leak. Later in the day it rained, and unfortunately water was pouring in my entrance. I called Jason who called me back within a couple of hours. We chat and Jason told me by the end of the week the problem will be fixed. His team came, removed the shingles, and found the problem which has nothing to do with their work. They rectify the problem by replacing hardware that were not even part of the quote. I would just say that I am very impressed by this company. They care about their customers and the work they deliver. They are very responsive and treat your house as their own. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

We have a typical east end semi that needed a roof replacement, and chimney work. I had a few quotes, CRC was right in the middle for costs but they seemed knowledgable and came with good references. Darren came in on budget, guys were clean and respectful, a couple things I was being picky about were dealt with no problems/ questions asked. Scheduling was not ideal as the work was done over the period of a couple weeks but I made it clear early on that I was flexible with that so I'm sure that was on me. All in all, we were very happy working with Darren and would recommend him

Canadian Roofing, a family business for over 25 years has, justifiably, an excellent reputation. We received quotes from over 5 roofing companies and checked out references. Although Jason was among the most expensive, we decided to go with Canadian Roofing after checking out references and viewing completed roofs. Jason was prompt (first one to give a quote) and knowledgeable (took care to answer all questions & thoroughly explain all steps). Justin & Team installed the roof. They were very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous and seemed to love their work. Ava in the office was helpful, courteous & cheerful. Kudos to this excellent Company

Jason and his crew did a great job of my roof and eaves. All of the debris was removed and my yard is as clean as it was before they started.

My neighbour recommended Canadian Roofing LTD to me. I called one day in August and Darren came over within a few hours to give me an estimate. I was told that further costs could be incurred depending on the condition of the "old" roof. Once again I was called and Darren set up a meeting so he could explain with photos and words what needed to be done and how much it would cost and if I wanted to proceed. We did and within about 7 days (due to a few rain delays) my roof was fixed, insulated, and the eaves redone. The materials used were of high quality. Every moment the staff were very professional. Even during a rainy night I was reassured to call if there was a problem. (there wasn't). There was very little mess in my yard at the end of each day. When the work was finished I received another call to make sure I understood exactly what the charges were for as stated on the invoice before I made a payment. When Ava in the credit office spoke to me about payment, she was very helpful and friendly. I was told several times how much they appreciated my business. The job looks very professional and I feel confident with my new roof.

We received quotes from 5 different roofers and were most impressed with Canadian Roofing. Of all the quote providers, Darren seemed the most knowledgable. We particularly liked that they were able to address other issues aside from the roof (i.e., insulation and firewall installation). The roofing job turned out to be much bigger than we had anticipated due to the the 100+ year old roof. Despite the stress of the increased cost, in the end, we were very pleased with the results. Communication was primarily by phone and although I would have preferred it was in person, both Jason and Darren always took the time to explain exactly what was happening and what our options were. The photos they sent as the work was being completed were very helpful. Jason and Darren made every effort to ensure that we were completely happy with the end results. The cost was high but seemed reasonable for the amount and quality of work done. Highly recommended.
