We had a leak in our flat roof and called 5 companies for estimates. Jason Hunter, the owner of Canadian Roofing, provided us with a detailed estimated of the work that needed to be done and included a breakdown of potential underlying issues that might also need to be solved with estimated costs. He explained in detail the work involved and how it would be done and supplemented this with pictures taken of the roof before, during and after the work was completed. This left us feeling very confident about the entire process and quality of the work. In addition, we had some difficult neighbours, who made starting and completing the work very difficult. Jason and his crew dealt with them diplomatically and were able to win them over. If I have to have a roof repaired again, I will call Jason Hunter and Canadian Roofing. I strongly recommend them and their work, not just for what they do but also for how they do it.

Jason and his team provided outstanding customer service and superior workmanship. All aspects of the job were explained clearly, our questions were answered promptly, and everything was clearly outlined on the estimate. The work was completed on time and there were no surprises on the invoice. At the end of the job, Jason called to review, offering maintenance tips and making sure we were completely satisfied. This is the second house we have had Jason work on, and we recommend his company whenever we can. Definitely top-notch.

Jason from the Canadian Roofing Company is much more than a "roofer". He is truly an expert in his field that helps you navigate difficult access, troublesome insurance companies, thorny neighbours, terrible weather, and often panic situations (my roof was caving in and I'm 3 months pregnant with twins). I called Jason one evening at 9pm when I returned from home and my roof was caving in. He came to my rescue-- was over the next morning and up on the roof checking it out (and it was -20 and snowing). He had a crew on the job asap and helped me work though all of the challenges that came along with this disaster. The project was done on time and executed perfectly. Both of my neighbours want the Canadian Roofing Company to do their roofs as well. I can't recommend this company with more enthusiasm. They did a great job and I appreciate their hard work.

Jason and his crew were very professional. They did an impeccable job removing our old cedar shake roof and installing a new asphalt roof, vents and new skylight. The clean up after every day of work was exceptional. I would strongly recommend this roofing company.

The foreman started the following week with a lovely group of guys, who worked so hard, almost non stop in -30 conditions. They were finished super quickly, looks great.

Our roof was leaking badly and I called about 5 roofers for quotes before finding Jason Hunter from Canadian Roofing. Most roofers I spoke to were only interested in closing a big sale in the shortest possible time frame and didn't make the effort to simply or adequately explain the situation I was facing with our roof. Some didn't bother returning calls and emails and one roofer actually charged for coming over to see what the issue was. Jason Hunter the owner of Canadian Roofing spent 3 hours of his time during the first visit, explaining the issues with the roof and focused on keeping costs to a minimum which I appreciated very much. He actually climbed up on our roof 3 separate times during that first visit to further investigate certain issues. Jason's quote was the lowest and by far the most detailed and he also gave us some thoughtful options to consider that were not required but could be considered if we had the budget for it. Jason's demeanour was very easy going and professional and he took the time to explain clearly and in detail, all of the work that he was proposing to do. He also suggested that I get additional quotes from other roofers to benchmark his quote against - such was his confidence in his estimate which only impressed me further. Despite some bad weather, Jason and his team arrived punctually and replaced the entire roof in sections over a period of days and then replaced the eaves. Jason visited the house on multiple occassions to personally supervise the work and kept me informed of issues as they cropped up which gave me peace of mind that the job was being completed properly and on time. I also did not have to pay anything until the job was completed - such was his confidence in the qualty of his team's workmanship. Jason's team was also very professional. They worked in terrible weather and kept their worksite clean and tidy. After the job was completed Jason visited again to personally attend to some minor matters. The house looks great with the new roof and eaves and my experience with Jason and his team has been nothing short of exceptional. I would recommend Jason very highly for his customer-focused service and quality workmanship. I have already recommended him to other family members and will consider no one else for my future roofing needs. Jason and Canadian Roofing, thank you for a job well done.

Thankfully, Canadian Roofing Company came to me highly recommended by a business associate. Jason wasted no time in attending my home to assess the roof and provided a detailed estimate, in plain English, about the work required (as well as an explanation as to why some of the issues were present, being that work had been performed incorrectly in the past). Jason is extremely knowledgeable and competent in his profession. His crew arrived on time, worked diligently and persevered (incredibly) through some brutal temperatures to get the roof completed on time. Jason contacted me shortly after completion inquiring as to whether or not there were any concerns and reiterated again for me to contact him if any should arise. (This is a rare occasion, in my experience with different types home repair, that I have not been required to chase anyone for answers or information.) My advice to anyone in need would be to call Canadian Roofing; don’t waste your time shopping!

We spotted a water stain on our ceiling and called Jason, who made time in his busy day to do an assessment. Jason was accurate with his guess of the age of the roof and pointed out things that we should be aware of as new homeowners. He didn't rush me through my questions, took his time giving me thoughtful answers and fix our issue on the spot. Very pleased, and will be calling him again for future servicing and eventual replacement.

Most importantly, Canadian Roofing Company impressed me with the quality of workmanship in repairing the leaking flat roof under the 3rd floor balcony. It was also such a pleasure to deal with tradesmen who were so courteous and professional. However, the owner's (Jason) willingness in making himself available to explain and answer any concern I had was exceptional and deserving of the highest mark.
