Canadian Roofing Company have done roof work, and brick restoration for me before. I was and am so pleased with them in all ways that I turned to them to replace leaking eaves troughs and replace soffit and fascia where necessary. Their work continues to be of the highest quality as is their service. The crew is helpful, efficient, and everything is cleaned up. Excellent company, would definitely deal with them again.

They did a good job and the roof looks nice. They had to take off 5 layers of existing shingles which left a gap between the two angles of roofs. I did wish they would of advised me that I may have a squirrel problem due to the gap. Later that spring the squirrels moved in and we had more problems.

I dealt with Bill. He came when he said he would. He assessed what needed to be done and the very next day, he provided me with a very detailed and competitive quote. A few months elapsed between the date of the quote and my decision to go ahead with the work and yet the quote that was given in April 2012 was honoured 4 months later in August. That impressed me. Furthermore, Bill suggested an upgraded shingle at no extra cost. Daniel and his crew arrived on time and went about their work very diligently. They were lovely guys and they left my property in impeccable condition. I was very pleased with the work that was done and I am certain when the time comes to replace the main roof on my home I will not hesitate to contact Canadian Roofing Co. Ltd. to do the job.

Canadian Roofing recently replaced our roof in Markham. My husband and I had three separate quotes for this service. Canadian Roofing was competitive in terms of pricing. The most significant factor in choosing this company was the roofing materials which included premium water and ice paper (not just felt!), shingles and ‘metal drip eaves flashing’. The length to which a company installs the protection against snow and ice is very important (which I have now learned). The length of the guarantee is also important as my old roof was less than ten years old.

I contacted Canadian Roofing Company based on positive reviews on Homestars. We've looked into a few companies since last summer (up until recently there was no obvious sign the work needed doing imminently) - some didn't even respond - this company seemed like the best bet. Bill responded promptly and came out with a ladder and assessed the job thoroughly, taking digital pictures and providing a detailed yet easy-to-understand report of the recommended work and a quote. He was very helpful and open to questions about shingle colour and improving and upgrading ventilation. We also had a minor leakage of rainwater through the chimney, the source of which was unclear, but he promised to address that also as far as possible. The crew arrived and did the entire job in one day in an efficient and professional manner, cleaning up to the point that, other than the good-looking new roof, one would scarcely have known they were there. And the leak in the chimney disappeared as well. In terms of quality, value, customer service, follow up, I would rate Canadian Roofing Company very highly - a pleasure to work with them!

Absolutely and completely satisfied with the work done. I found Canadian Roofing Company through HomeStars so I was fairly sure I had made a good choice. From the moment I met Bill for an estimate, I found him to be honest, and professional. He provided us with pictures of the trouble spots he found on the roof and a clear explanation of what they were going to do, what it would cost, and the potential problems that they might run into. They spend two days on site replacing the roof (needed some new decking in one area) and honestly left things tidier around my property than it was when they arrived. The attention to detail on the roof itself is high - they took the time to caulk around some areas that weren't sealed before and it all looks very good.

I contacted several companies through Homestars to get a quote for a new roof on my garage and front porch after reading their reviews. Some of the companies clearly viewed it as too small a job for them to bother quoting as they never called back or didn't show up to quote when they said they would. One wanted we to pay for them to quote. But Jason from Canadian Roofing Company was great. He returned my call promptly, showed up to quote when he said he would and turned in a reasonable quote. Not the least expensive, but I decided to go with him. I'm so glad I did. Jason and his team are Roofing Ninjas! They were able to get the roofing job done while we were at work, and the area was so clean that at first we didn't know they'd been there, except for the brand new roof. Not a single bit of debris, not a nail, nothing was left in our yard. Even our flowers weren't damaged. Our neighbour later confirmed it was a large team of guys and they got the work done very efficiently and he saw them cleaning up carefully. The eavestrough job was done by a second team a week later. Jason carefully worked with us to revise the original quote based on our new request. The job was done the same way: promptley, with a godo team of workers who were very clean and respectful. We are very happy with them work. We've had several major storms since and not a single issue with leaks or moisture in the basement. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason and Canadian Roofing Canada.

Very very pleased with Jason and his entire crew. His team arrived as promised and quickly got down to work removing 3 layers of shingles, replacing/repairing rotten wood, and installing beautiful new shingles with all flashings, membranes, and vents. His crew made sure everything was put back in place and my entire property was left cleaner than when they arrived. Very professional and personable. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

These guys were great. They came to do an estimate and explained the exact nature of the work they would perform. They told me how and why they would do everything. When they came, they came wih a full crew and were like a hive if busy bees. One afternoon and our repairs were complete. Consummate professionals

After getting four very different quotes, we chose Canadian Roofing and we're extremely glad that we did. When we called, Bill was very responsive and came to our home in short order to give us a quote. He took the time to go up on the roof to see exactly what we needed (only one other vendor even bothered to go up, and they were nowhere nearly as thorough as Bill in their assessment). He then very patiently answered all our questions and provided some great suggestions for solutions. He provided us with a very detailed written quote, and responded very quickly and thoroughly when we had some follow-up questions. His crew as great - very polite and extraordinarily hard-working. It took 2 days instead of 1 to get the work done, but this was only because of the terrible heat-wave. They protected our property carefully and did a great job with the clean-up. We've had nothing but compliments from our neighbours. This company definitely proves that you get what you pay for - they were not inexpensive, but they certainly did an absolutely top-notch job. We will definitely recommend them to any of our friends who need a new roof!
