    The Monitoring Center

    I was looking to disconnect my home phone line and only use my cell phone. My current monitoring company wanted to charge me more that I felt it was worth. I heard an ad for The Monitoring Center on the radio and decided to call them. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I sent them pictures of my current system and they sent a technician out to add a GSM to my system. I was able to save $20 per month from what the other company wanted to charge me.

    Commercial Installation

    Best bang for your buck you can get. They are monitoring our entire warehouse for $10 a month + $10 for GSM monitoring. This is the best deal going on. Our old service was charging us over $70. Big savings.

    TMC Home Alarm

    Just installed new home alarm system. We went with the upgraded package to include the mobile app. Even with the upfront equipment costs, the system is going to save us over $30 a month compared to the Rogers system we had before. Installer was very professional and explained the system fully before leaving. Work was clean and neat. Overall we were very impressed.

    TMC - Replace my existing ADT service with same equipments

    I strongly recommend to switch over to TMC from ADT if your equipment is comparable. Monthly Service Fee will go down 20 (10+10) from 40 CAD. Same 3 door sensors, 2 moving sensors and 1 fire/smoke sensor with same main system + keypad... only replace wireless equipment. Install - 100, wireless equipment - 160. (additional cost) So, actually after 1 years.. then monthly goes half price. Also, ADT payment is quarterly, but TMC is yearly. Still TMC is same quality with half price. I Strongly recommend ...     Home Security System

    Hi, I am very pleased with The Monitoring Center home security service. I wanted to have them convert an old ADT system. The technician came promptly and gave me options of what I could do as far as updates and what I wanted. He was not pressuring or pushy. He did his work well and I am very satisfied with The Monitoring Center and my home security system. I would recommend them to anyone. Todd

    Changeover to TMC

    My father has had service with TMC for a while and I finally got around to switching over. The amount I was throwing away each month to another company for years (name starts with A, ends with T and has a D in the middle), was ridiculous especially considering the unbelievably poor customer service. TMCs rates are much more reasonable and I’ve been happy with the service. Installer was courteous and professional. (My cost above may be incorrect- can’t recall but it’s their standard installation fee which is reasonable given the time spent)

    The Monitoring Centre

    TMC was recommended by my Parents. I got it installed in a quick time. The person who came and installed was helpful and had a full knowledge of it. I think TMC is the cheapest out of all the other competitors. Its been a few days now with no issues. I got a follow up call from the company to make sure everything was fine. I will be recommending TMC to my friends as well.

    Alarm Monitor System

    My brother recommended The Monitoring Center and Alarm System. The sales team explained the services offered and listened to my needs. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and efficient in installing the alarm system and providing detailed operating instructions

    Bought their system and coverage

    We wanted to switch to The Monitoring Center as our previous company wanted to charge us $300 for a simple battery change! The other company was also extremely rude. So far, working with The Monitoring Center, they are patient, kind and easy to speak with. Not to mention, they quoted an entirely new system plus 18 months of protection for 730! Which I thought was amazing compared to the 300 dollar BATTERY from the other company. Our technician was also quick, efficient and an absolute sweetheart.

    Security Alarm System coverage

    My son recommended The Monitoring Center to me as he was pleased with the service he receives at his house in Whitby. I was paying $30/month from another security company so switched over. I'm saving $20/month and have the same coverage, if not better. Thank you The Monitoring Centre!
