    Terrible customer service and assistance after contract signed

    From the very beginning the experience was terrible, a one day quoted installation took 3 days in the middle of a heat wave. Extremely poor communication from sales rep, customer service team and management. Even after the installation issues the system installed is still not working properly and promises of management reaching out have gone unfulfilled.

    Air Conditioner Installation

    Very quick to show up, good pricing and choices, installation was next day and went perfectly smooth. Highly recommend.

    a/c replacement

    A/C was struggling. I called Reliance, Humera took my call. She arranged for an appointment the next day. A/C compressor failure. They had been here about four years ago and Jason repaired it, but told me I needed a new a/c. Ryan - serviced it, the compressor wouldn't kick on. Mike - sales rep - gave a great deal Brandon and company (sorry, didn't get the other guy's name) installed the new a/c. I'm happy about the entire deal. The people were efficient, the work expedient, and every single person called me fifteen minutes before the appointed time and showed up right on time. I can't thank them enough for working through our long weekend to expedite the work. Well done!

    install new AC

    Had a leak and called Reliance. Someone came out the same day and informed me that the pump on my AC was broken. Signed up for the replacement of the AC unit on a rental basis. Workmen were her the next day and the new install was done in just over 2 hours. They were professional and courteous the whole time there were here and I am very happy with the results.

    Furnace and air conditioner replacement

    Professional sales and install crew. Fast, clean and efficient. Went above and beyond expectations. Would recommend reliance home comfort.

    New Furnance - Misleading Sales Tactics and Very Poor Customer Service

    While we were purchasing a new furnace from Reliance, the sales representative informed us that if we purchase a new Carrier furnace from Reliance that we qualify for a $700 rebate from the manufacturer. The sales representative informed us that Reliance would submit the rebate on our behalf and we should expect a cheque in the mail in 3-4 months. We did not receive the cheque and followed up with our sales representative several times. The sales representative stopped responding to us so we had to contact customer service. After months and about a dozen calls, we finally got a response from Reliance almost 1.5 years after our initial purchase. Reliance told us that our old furnace didn't actually qualify for the $700 rebate and the sales representative should not have told us that it would qualify (the sales representative and a Reliance technician had inspected our existing furnace before telling us we qualify). After several more calls and email exchanges, Reliance informed us that they refuse to do anything to rectify this matter. Very dissatisfied with the overall process and outcome and would not recommend using Reliance for any HVAC products or services.

    Air Conditioning and Water Heater Replacement

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Reliance Comfort, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The consultant came to my home promptly to address an issue with my AC. His professionalism and expertise were immediately evident as he quickly identified the problem and even discovered that my water heater needed replacement as well. He provided a thorough and comprehensive explanation of the various options available to me, including both rental and buyout plans. His clarity and patience made the decision-making process easy, and I opted for the rental plan, which included a protection plan. The very next morning, the installation team arrived early and efficiently completed the job. Thanks to Reliance Comfort, my AC is now working perfectly. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free, and I am extremely satisfied with the service provided.

    got mice?

    Bought new furnace and new heat pump and installed with Reliance. when cooling season started the heat pump did not function, they gave us run around for 2 weeks until they sent someone to fix their error. Then last week noticed that we had a mice infestation, pest control discovered a hole that was left by the Reliance. Reliance has not closed the hole yet. I expect more runaround. This company does not behave like a Canadian company with zero Canadian business ethics. Beware of poor service, below par installation, and mice infestation.

    Replace with new furnace, a/c, air filter and humidifier.

    Great sales person and we reviewed all my options. Under my circumstances I think this was the best choice with renting. Installation was arranged for the next day and the installers were friendly and well organized. The finished product was very neat and tidy, well done.
