I was a loyal customer of Reliance Home Comfort for 16 years, but my recent experience with them has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. His advice? Call customer service to renew your contract so you can get a new water heater. No repair, no solutionjust an attempt to lock me into another long-term contract.
This interaction made me realize it was time to explore other options. After some research, I found a reputable company to purchase a new water heater from. However, Reliance wasn't done with me yet. To close my account, they slapped me with a ridiculous $400 fee. After 16 years of paying them faithfully, this is how they treat their customers?
Reliances service is nothing short of a cash grab. They seem more interested in squeezing every last penny out of their customers than providing reliable service or honoring loyalty. Their behavior is unprofessional, and their policies are exploitative. I would not recommend Reliance Home Comfort to anyone looking for honest and dependable service. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
