the service man name SAM is approachable. he give me a good advice that make me comfort. He fixed the water heater good and he cleaned the area before he's go and he give me some tips advice .thanks SAM.

Thanks Giving weekend my rented hot water heater started leaking. I called Reliance 1-866-735-4262 and an appointment was booked for the next morning, Sunday. James came, assessed the situation and within 1-1/4 hours he had replaced the hot water tank, replace the vent as per the new code and he took away the defective hot water tank. People buy insurance on many items and services, but they rarely benefit. Well I am here to tell you that the Reliance home care monthly charge is more than worth it. I thought we may be without hot water for a week or so, but we are back up and in business. Thank you so much James for your professional and efficient service.

On Saturday Oct.11th, 2014 I noticed my hot water tank was not functioning properly. There was low water pressure when turning on the hot water at any faucet in the my home; the cold water pressure was fine. I called the tel no# on the hot water tank and spoke to an agent who set up a service call for me for Sunday Oct.12th, 2014. I asked that I can get the service as early as possible. At approx. 8:45am the technician called me and said he'd be by in 20 mins. The technicians name was Joe Green (team member #2512, don't know if this helps for identification). Joe was at my home promptly and diagnosed the issue. After doing so he made a phone call and discussed my options. Joe was very helpful and advised me accordingly for the best course of action that would be beneficial for me. After speaking about my options with Joe and how to proceed he gave me clear and concise instructions where to go from at this point. My experience with Reliance Home Comfort and specifically Joe Green was very positive an informative. I would not hesitate recommending Reliance to family and friends and specifically asking for Joe Green to be sent for the service call. Thank you Joe for your time and expertise!!! Dino

I had no hot water and called reliance . The Technician, Saleem Malik arrived fairly quickly and was able to right away detect the problem. He was pleasant and knowledgeable about this unit. He was very quick in fixing the tank. He was in and out within 30 min. I highly recommend Reliance and appreciate their technician Malik

Called Reliance at 3pm on Saturday about our leaking hot water tank. By 6pm reliance was at our door, the tech John took one look and knew it needed to be replaced. Within an hour our old tank had been replaced with a brand new one. Very, very pleased with our service today! Thank you John!

My furnace brorke down and I was left with no heat. I called reliance and purchased a new furnace and tankless water heater. The techs (Idris Salemi) (Scott Martindale)were extremely polite and did a fantastic job. They left the place clean and showed me how to operate my new equipment. I was impressed by the whole experience.

With one phone call, Allen Batur came right away and fixed the problem quickly. Very impressed with this service and quality, will use again. They fixed my leak within an hour, and I was able to enjoy my long weekend. I was really impressed with the well job Allen had done, and he was very approachable and kind. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone and everyone.
