I called Reliance to book a maintenance service on my furnace. The service tech came the very next day. They sent over John Saliba, he was very polite and very knowledgeable. John has been to my home previous times and every time his work was exceptional.

Outstanding Technician…Personal Service! I will ask for Darrick in the future! I am totally satisfied with the TECHNICIAN! Not satisfied with the DISPATCH! I would only recommend Darrick the technician, not the company! But the dispatch SUCKS…After 2 calls to set up an appointment, with promises to call me back, they never did. Then after booking the appointment (for 1-5 in the pm), I called mid afternoon to see if the tech was running on time, and got no indication, that in fact he was running behind and would be almost 2 hours later than the latest time for the appointment. There was no phone call to tell me this even after5 pm. The call centre staff does not seen to be too concerned and when I called after 5pm to see what was going on they tried to blame the technician. You'd think in this age of GPS and iPhones the call centre could figure this out. There is no excuse! A telephone call to say the technician is running late would suffice, NOT FROM THE TECHNICIAN, but from you the dispatch. Shame on you.

We recently had our annual furnace and air conditioner maintenance completed. The technician was on time and called before arriving. We are long time Reliance customers and always receive fast friendly service. Thanks

A Reliance Advisor, Jason Mitruk came to repair my Hot Water tank this evening. On time, courteous, he definitely knew his stuff and fixed in a timely fashion. Made some recommendations to improve performance of the system. Great service

Mr. Wesley Lloyd came and serviced my water tank today Sept 30 2014. thankyou for a service. Wesley explained how to keep my water tank clean and clear under neath for air.

Frank Amirrajab was excellent. Thorough, meticulous and cleaned up afterwards. Told me to change my air filter more often. Convinced me to install a tankless water heater. Fixed a contactor on the ac which he picked up personally from Carrier. Would like to have him back.

Service was very quick. I had a call for an appointment within the hour, and the Ken showed up 15 mins later. Ken was very pleasant and efficient. He had me up and running within a half hour. Whole thing took an hour an half! FAST service!

Joe Green from Reliance came and solved my hot water tank problem in less than 20 minutes. In addition, he provided me with useful advice about my furnace and plumbing which will save me time and headaches in the long run. Honestly the best technician that I have had from Reliance so far. Very happy! Thank you very much.

I had 2 companies quote me for a new furnace as mine needed to be replaced. I decided that Reliance Home Comfort had the best deal around (price wise and warranty). They were able to warranty the furnace for parts and labour for a total of 10 years! Caitlin F. was the agent I dealt with and she was delightful from beginning to end. She knew her product inside and out. She did not pressure me in any way and followed-up when I had further questions. Her wonderful disposition is definitely an asset to Reliance's professional team!

I am a new Reliance customer and within the last 6 weeks have had both an A/C service call and a furnace tune-up. The technicians were on time and helpful with advice.
