Outstanding Technician…Personal Service! I will ask for Darrick in the future! I am totally satisfied with the TECHNICIAN! Not satisfied with the DISPATCH! I would only recommend Darrick the technician, not the company!
But the dispatch SUCKS…After 2 calls to set up an appointment, with promises to call me back, they never did.
Then after booking the appointment (for 1-5 in the pm), I called mid afternoon to see if the tech was running on time, and got no indication, that in fact he was running behind and would be almost 2 hours later than the latest time for the appointment. There was no phone call to tell me this even after5 pm. The call centre staff does not seen to be too concerned and when I called after 5pm to see what was going on they tried to blame the technician. You'd think in this age of GPS and iPhones the call centre could figure this out. There is no excuse! A telephone call to say the technician is running late would suffice, NOT FROM THE TECHNICIAN, but from you the dispatch. Shame on you.
