My relationship with Reliance started on rocky ground 3 yrs ago, however since then it has improved significantly. For the last several times, the Service Technician, Derrick Willette has done the annual service on the furnace. He was always been very professional and forthright. He has always answered any questions and/or concerns I had with a very pleasant disposition as well. With his high quality of service, I don't feel like there was anything overlooked nor done improperly. For someone I'm letting in my home for a repair, these are attributes I implore in a qualified professional. Thank you Derrick.

Joey D. #0977. removed the old CV40 water heater this morning and installed an upgrade to a new Power-vent 40gal. He showed me what needed to be done first. Needed a new gas stop. The new install looks great. He explained how the new system functions. Job done and I am happy .... Thanks Joey

Joe Green was the technician that came to our home to provide service for our water tank. Joe was on-time to the minute and was friendly upon meeting him. The work was done in a timely manner and the complete service was to satisfaction. The experience was pleasant and Joe had provided additional information once the job was completed. We were highly impressed with our Reliance Home Consultation Rep. Darius Chichgur. He was reassuring, professional and personable and he demonstrated knowledge not only of the product but also of industry standards and practices across the board. I could tell instantly that he was trained and an expert in his field and he seemed to care more about us as homeowners rather than trying to sell us on a product. We actually enjoyed the presentation. We left feeling convinced that Reliance is a trustworthy brand and Mr. Chichgur represented that very well going over and beyond his call of duty to guide us during the process.

Wes came by because our hot water heater was not functioning. He was very nice and had the problem isolated and fixed very quickly. Really nice, friendly guy. All around great service.

We had our furnace replaced this week. Two very polite and courteous technicians showed up at 8 am as promised-they worked diligently, explained the process to me and were ensured the most convenience to me as they laboured. Their names were Matt and Kevin. They made the experience very quick and easy. I was impressed with their sense professionalism. We have always had great experiences with all services and repairs provided by Reliance.

Had been renting water tank, service is reliable but a bit expensive. Cancel service and Wes picked up the tank on time. Whole thing went smoothly so other than the price, it is good.

I had a service technician by the name of Mike Zevallos come into my home to repair my water heater. he was very respectful and knowledgeable to me and my family. I hadn't had running water in day and a half, and he let me know immediately what was wrong, He was even nice enough to wear blue covers. I would strongly recommend Mike Zevallos`s service to my family members and friends.
