Thank you for the great service. I had a leak on a valve from the hot water tank, Gurmeet was knowledgeable, fix the problem in minutes, excellent service. I would recommend the Reliance Home comfort.

Amber Employee#1620 was excellent, she took the time to show me where the filters that should be cleaned monthly were as when the furnace and air conditioner were installed the info for maintenance was overlooked.

We had our air conditioner serviced by Adam. He was punctual and had the air conditioner running with-in minutes of his arrival. He also inspected the entire heating & air conditioning system to make sure everything was in working order before he left. We couldn't ask for a better service experience. Thanks..Adam.

Matt Santos was our rep. He was informative and was available just a phone call away if I had any questions or concerns. The team of installers he works with were thorough and did an excellent job installing the furnace.

The service technician was Heqiang Zhang and he was very professional. I had a few questions and he answered them in a very pleasant manner. He made some recommendations. i.e. gets ducts cleaned every 4 years and get a.c checked in June. I will follow his advice. 5 star rating.

The technician was very knowledgeable and was very thorough. He gave us very good advice concerning the state of our furnace. He was also very tidy and cleaned up the work site when he was finished.

We had a great experience with Reliance Home Comfort! They were very knowledgeable and and made us feel very confident in our purchase. Once we found out our furnace needed to be replaced, they arranged to have Jesse (a sales agent) come out to our home within 2 hours! We decided to go ahead with the purchase of a new furnace and they were able to come out the next day to install it! Overall a great experience and very reasonable price. I will recommend Jesse to our friends and family going forward!
