Phil Latour was kind, professional, knowledgable, and determined. He came across a very odd problem and worked tirelessly to solve it. Although obviously an expert, he was not hesitant to get a second opinion - a rare trait that I sincerely respect. He worked together with the utility company (the main problem was actually on their end), advocating on our behalf which is no small feat. Without him we would surely still be freezing! I never really feel compelled to write reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Reliance regarding this issue. Thank you to Phil and to the company for allowing him to take the time required to solve the problem.

Technician (Otto) showed up on time, he was knowledgeable, fix the problem in 5 minutes, excellent service. I would recommend the Reliance Home comfort. Thank you for the great service.

The tech came to my home and was extremely polite, knowledgeable and courteous. He walked me through what was wrong with my unit. Showed me the ash built up on the sensor, cleaned it, and it worked perfectly after.

We had a furnace issue repaired by service technician Robert Maclean yesterday after having another technician due the annual 21 point inspection a few days earlier. The problem was not found during the initial call but Robert did find it very quickly and being a plugged condense hose, we did not even have to purchase a new part. We were of course faced with the standard $89,00 service call fee which he contacted his office about and was able to get that waived as well due to the circumstances. We were very impressed by his product knowledge, people skills and understanding of the situation. We were also pleased that the company did waive the service charge since we had just paid $119.00 for the first visit days earlier. He then took us through the maintenance plan and we signed up for that. We will recommend Reliance to family and friends for their outstanding customer service and Robert in particular.

Just wanted to say thank you for your quick response to a broken hot water heater. It was under 24hrs from the time i realized the heater wasn't working, made the call, to the time Mike R was finished installing the new one. Thanks again Bert Burkholder

Joe Green showed up on time and was very friendly, professional and quick on the job! He was very knowledgeable and even took a few minutes to explain what went wrong. It was a pleasure deal with him and we are pleased to be with a company like Reliance!

Bought the furnance monday afternoon and it was installed wednesday morning. David M the sales rep explained all our options and was not pushy. The installers, Josh and Alex , great young men. Fast and efficient and explained any questions that we had. Very satisfied.
