We moved into a house with pre-existing equipment that needed ASAP servicing and got an appointment for the same day the service provider James L. #2881was knowledgeable and very courteous he educated us on the existing products in our home and ways we can be more energy efficient. When we told him we were running out of hot water he suggested a tankless water heater and explained how they worked to us. We have reliance returning next week for the water heater. Excellent knowledge and service. Thank you

Last Sunday our water tank heater was fixed by technician Phill. We are very impressed with the excellent service he provided. He called ahead of time, arrived punctually, courteous, listened to our concern, reassured us and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. Kudos to Reliance for having a professional staff like Phill.

I called reliance for a tune up on my A/C and was very happy with Adam's work. He was able to have everything done in a short time and gave some really good tips for heating and cooling. I would recommend this company 100%.

Andy came in one day and repaired our leaking water heater. I was very impressed with his professionalism and courtesy! It was a nice experience rather than our other experiences with a sub contractor.

I was so happy with the initial consultation that Rodney Schunker gave. Being a single mom and not knowing anything about HVAC etc. Rodney took the time to explain everything in terms that I would understand and was happy to answer any questions I had. I was also happy that the job was completed so quickly (consultation on Sat, job complete on Tues) When Jason Bruce and his partner (didn't catch his name) arrived to do the work, they were extremely friendly and very professional. And were also happy to answer any questions I had. I was extremely impressed that on Wed Rodney came back to inspect the work and make sure I was happy with the service I received. AC stopped working due to a failure in power switch. Adam W from Reliance home comfort arrived on schedule, and took the time to explain the fault, tips for optimal performance, and performed a full scheduled check on all equipment. Patience and courtesy made Reliance's visit very pleasant. Service was covered by plan with Reliance, and this was respected.

Called for no hot water Friday morning at 11:30. Technician was onsite by 1:15 and out the door with the problem fixed at 2pm. Can't get much quicker service than that. Shout out to technician Jason Pilon, great work!

I would like to thank Darius Chichgur for his professionalism and knowledge during our two meetings. He was very helpful when showing the different products that Reliance has to offer and made the decision very easy to purchase the products. I would recommend his services to anyone. Rob Yarison

My water heater was leaking and I feared the worst. However technician Joe eased my fears by taking care of the issue in little or no time. He was very professional and had lots of helpful hints and advice. Much appreciated my friend!
