    No hot water.

    Reliance technician Ringo Lau was polite, professional, patient, and demonstrated the expertise needed to solve our hot water issue. I would not hesitate in recommending Ringo to family, friends, neighbours who have water heater related issues. Thank you for taking the time to explain the problem, ensuring the problem was resolved, and cleaning the work area before leaving.

    furnace install

    excellent service so far sales rep very courteous and attentive always on time and available by phone within reasonable time ;installation prompt and clean and also on time as promised,would recommend to family and friends

    New furnace installation

    The serviceman, arrived a little earlier than specified, but that was ok. Means he was done sooner. Our furnace was replaced within the amount of time specified and the installer was courteous, professional and left the site very clean. Good Job!

    AC didn't work

    Our AC didn't work and we called reliance for help. Turned out it was covered by our CPP plan. They sent out a service technician who arrived within 1 hour. Heqiang was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything that we was going to do as well as the possible repair scenarios and associated costs, so far no cost as its covered by CPP. Great employee and great service!

    New hot water tank installation, furnace and air conditioner maintenance

    I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that both Reliance reps showed when they were working in my home. They both took the time to explain what they were doing and why it was important.

    Heater and AC maintenance

    Excellent, rapid and effective service, including education on cleaning outside unit as well as disassembling and cleaning the air filter, by Robert, on August 26, 2014. Also, he came at the expected time. Cost is covered by a maintenance plan.

    Hot water tank Service

    Fast service for what turned out to be a minor problem. The flame sensor needed to be cleaned, which took about 30 minutes in total. The appointment was fairly timely with the service technician arriving earlier than the time window promised. Service technician Thirushanth was personable and worked efficiently to solve our problem.

    water heater repair

    Mark of RESCOM was very quick to establish contact and set up a timeframe that was acceptable to us and after our discussion knew what the trouble was and said that it was a quick fix. He arrived at the agreed time and had the water heater running in no time. Mark was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. We were extremely impressed to receive same day service on Sunday of the long weekend.

    Otto did a fantastic job of assessing and repairing our water tank leak. Very professional and fast service. He was on time and very efficient and respectful. Happy with results.

    watre herare repair

    just wanted to say that the service call performed by Otto (RNT2602), who repaired our water heater on Thursday August 28th when the pilot light couldn't be restarted, was an excellent experience. We have had many tradespeople visit our home for various reasons over the years and I have found the experiences to be varied but rarely excellent. Otto explained the reason for the problem. It was effectively dust under the water heater causing the blockage of air flow and therefore shutting down the pilot light for safety reasons. Interesting as the problem happened a few months ago as well but, the service technician that performed that service did not explain anything. Nor did he clean the underneath of the heater. If he had then the service from Otto would not have even been necessary as the job would have been done and done properly. In future I will be sure to check the area with regularity and likely not ever need service for this problem again, Well done Otto and thanks again.
