Lina Alviar and the installers (Mark) did a great job and I am happy with it. I took a 30 minute shower today and I am very pleased with the water heater.

We had a water heater problem that resulted in a leakage of hot water. Bradley Starrat, a trusted advisor, acknowledged the problem within five minutes of being at the site and he knew just what to do to fix it. He was extremely polite and professional while working and he got the job done as quick as possible and without any problems.

The service man, Mario Cirelli, was punctual, did all service very well, answer all my questions. Mario then went explaining what was done. I am very satisfied with the appointment. Thanks, Kogan

We called Reliance after we started having issues with our furnace and air conditioner. Hamid, the advisor, came out to our house within 24 hours of our call and offered a system to us pressure-free. 48 hours later, Shahab and Mitch, the technicians, were installing the new equipment. Talk about fast and great service! They arrived early and left late to ensure that the equipment was installed correctly and working as it should. Both of them were courteous and happily answered any questions we had. Mitch even returned the next day (a Sunday) after the system had shut down for unknown reasons and diagnosed the problem quickly. We couldn’t have been more appreciative! Although we’ve had a few service calls since to deal with a loud running A/C unit, service calls have been prompt and work has been completed satisfactorily. Thanks to everyone involved.

your service tech guy Robert Maclean had a great personality did a GREAT job of servicing our HVAC and Furence . I will ask for him to come next time for sure

Ken Tyhurst arrived quickly, and was very efficient. He had a wealth of knowledge, and explained how I would be able to deal with the problem again on my own.

My hot water tank wasn't working properly; was giving warm water only. Mark came from Rescom Home Comfort in Owen Sound later in the afternoon - on a Sunday yet! He replaced the control module only to find that the replacement also didn't work. He drove all the back to Owen Sound to get a new module to ensure that I had hot water. Polite, prompt, efficient service!! Thank you so much, Mark!

i called when my hot water heater was leaking on Sunday august 17th 2014 technician Joey D (0977) arrived at my home within an hour of placing the call he imminently replaced my water tank with a new one and got me up and running in no time i was very happy with the high level of service.

Today Joey D. Showed up at my house to change the water tank. I was very satisfied and happy with all of his work. Very professional guy. Excellent, fast service, thank you Joey!
