    Water heater

    Had no hot water for 6 days and Reliance sent service technician Mr. Chad McDaid who had the problems diagnosed and replaced the two defective parts the same evening. It was unfortunate he could not have been sent sooner.

    Air Conditioner

    My positive review is for Reliance home comfort employee Angelo #1806, Angelo was instrumental in addressing an issue that was caused by one of his colleagues..his dedication and professionalism has saved our family from getting a new unit.

    Waterheater

    Very satisfy with the service technician, Saleem Malik. Saleem was able to fix my Gas leak issue within the 1st 2 hrs of my telephone complain. Saleem answered my queries and provided insightful advices which I really appreciate.

    Replacement of Funance and Air condition

    I was having problems with my air conditioning system. I called Reliance home comfort and a gentleman called Darius Chichgur returned my call. We set up an appointment to meet and he came over to my place . He showed me the options which were available to me and finally we decided to go with him. Darius did a thorough job of presenting himself and the information, energy benefits, costs and payment options. He has a good knowledge base and an open friendly way of presenting the details without pressure, I must have called him at least five times and every time he came over he presented himself professionally and was pleasant and very friendly. Thank you Darius for outstanding job. During installation, Mark Botelho showed up at my door. Mark did an excellent job of installing the complete system and answered every question I had and not even once he ignored me or was frustrated with my questions. Him and his team were again very friendly and accommodating, they cleaned up debris very thoroughly and were very respectful. Great job Mark.

    New Installation Furnace/Air

    On July 11/14 we had a new furnace & air condition system installed. Short story, bad installation, defective equipment, we were not happy. Two crews tried to resolve the problem but it remained. Then came (Jeff, team member #1023). He spoke to his boss & recommended the complete system be replaced. On Aug. 7/14 (Jeff, team member #1023) & (Dan, team member #2097) arrived as scheduled & proceeded with the new install. Their work was amazing, they explained everything that was to be done. The job was clean, neat & professional. Jeff & Dan showed what excellent customer service is all about. They are the reason we are satisfied & remain reliance customers today.

    replacement of furance and AC

    replacement of furnace and AC in home. Daniel and James showed up 9am as promised. They worked throughout the morning and into the afternoon. They were very professional and courteous. Earlier this week, ESA conducted an inspection of the installation and found the work to be of the highest quality. Thank you

    Water heater removal, move and re installation

    I required a new water heater due to flood damage. The advisor was knowledgeable, cooperative, personable and able to reinstall the heater in a different location on the laundry room with 2 hours of my call. Thank you Joey (0977) and Reliance!

    AC and Furnace

    I had new AC and Furnace installed in out home , I went over all the problems we had with are old system with the sales person so we can make sure we get a system that will work for the size of house we have , we told me that the size of furnace we had was big enough and new units put out more air flow then the old ones and if it did not work properly they would replace the unit It has been 4 weeks not and the furnace as not stop working and it is still hot in the house , now I am trying to get it changed but not getting any ware with Reliance they just keep sending service tech. out to look at it and they tell me there is nothing they can do about it , why cant they do what they said they would do if it did not work

    AC

    Todd came out and was more than helpful. He provided insight and information beyond the problem. He ran diagnostic tests and was knowledgeable about our Evolution series Bryant thermostat not purchased through Reliance. He was able to diagnose the problem and rule out the AC unit so that I could better communicate the problem to the other company that I purchased the thermostat through. He was kind and explained things to me in a manner I could understand.

    Water heater

    We had a problem with our water heater a we called Reliance. They sent someone over to look at it fairly quickly. Joey D. showed up, and from the start he was fabulous. He was upfront about the problem, answered all our questions, told us everything he was doing, made sure everything was clean and he worked very efficiently. We were very impressed with him and the service. Thank you Reliance and Joey D.!
