We had a problem with our water heater a we called Reliance. They sent someone over to look at it fairly quickly. Joey D. showed up, and from the start he was fabulous. He was upfront about the problem, answered all our questions, told us everything he was doing, made sure everything was clean and he worked very efficiently. We were very impressed with him and the service. Thank you Reliance and Joey D.!

Last Saturday my water heater died. Within 24 hr. a service tech, Joey D (RCH 0977) arrived. Joey was courteous, friendly and efficient. He made a problem a nice experience

Shawn rck 2709 called at 6:50am. He said that he could be at my house by 7am. He was here exactly on time. He was prompt, courteous. He even went on a search for a filter that was not written on his report as needing. He explained how my equiptment was working. He showed me the old filter before he disposed of it.

Water heater was flooded and was replaced with a used water heater which lasted not even a day. My husband called first thing the next morning and Matt F. was sent to us that day. He said that it needed a part which he would have to order. I think sensing my exhaustion over the flood and no hot water for several days he went out to his truck and came back a minute later telling me he was putting in a new water heater. He was one of the most pleasant service men I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Matt just want to thank you again for your quick and very efficient installation of the unit!!

Scott did a thorough job of presenting the information, energy benefits, costs and payment options. He has a good knowledge base and an open friendly way of presenting the data without pressure. During installation, Sean & Mike were again friendly and accommodating, they cleaned up debris very thoroughly and were respectful of our home, carpeting, etc. Great job on all counts!

Our Hot Water heat broke over the weekend. We called Reliance and had a technician at our doorstep an hour after we called on a Sunday afternoon in August. He was able to fix our heater in less than 20 minutes and I was able to have a hot shower shortly thereafter. Very happy with the service we received from reliance, especially on a hot and sunny weekend in August.

Danny saved us hundreds of $$$ by cleaning (unclogging) our AC's lines and condensation catch pan after another repair contractor told us we had to replace the entire unit. Took him over two hours, but he got the job done. AC has worked like a dream ever since. I would recommend Reliance -- Danny in particular -- without hesitation.

Sam Demelo came to our home and was very respectful,knowledgable, kind and friendly. His dedication and reliability was shown in always being on time,and the way in which he explained everything that will be done. Words could not describe how thankful we are to have found such a wonderful representative and a great company! Would Definitely recommend this company to family and friends. My thermostat was rising and lowering the temp. without warning it was also blinking on and off my wife and I decided that we did not want it to break down and cause more problems. Our service tech was Craig Austin he was great in helping us with everything answering all of our questions he comes very highly recommended

Very helpful and pleasant man. On time, promt and polite. Phil was vey helpful and knowledgeable he went out of his way to help us out it was very much appreciated.
