After the flood in Burlington (2014-08), Reliance was quick to send an assessor, who then deemed the replacement of the water heater necessary. Later that same day, Reliance Advisor Joey D. (RCH 0977) arrived. He was courteous, punctual, and efficient; a credit to his organization and profession. Our hot water was back up and running in short order.

Reliance home comfort have done a great job in my furnace and air condition. I am very satisfied with the job they did with my house and i am looking forward to keep up great services

Amber (emp #1620) arrived on time & cheerful. She did a thorough job, much better than any other technician servicing HVAC in the past. She was respectful, knowledgeable and restored my confidence in this company. Whoever was responsible for hiring her should be commended on making the right choice.

I recently had Randy A out to repair our heating and cooling system that we rent from Reliance. Randy was very punctual and came prepared with boot covers to keep my carpet and hard wood floor clean. Randy was very patient and explained exactly what was wrong with our system. He was overall a delight to have deal with our equipment. A side note - the operations manager, Lynda, I believe is and outsanding manager, and a true gem.

I called for service on my 3 1/2 year old air conditioner. Turned out the issue with A/C involved the furnace circuit board. Service techs Vahid and Mario worked hard to resolve my problem which continues to be a work in progress. The A/C involves a warranty from manufacturer ... the outcome is still to come! Reliance Home Comfort is on my side, I am very pleased they are committed to service excellence!! Thank you.

Jay serviced my water heater. It had been too noisy so that it was heard upstairs. He discovered that the exhaust pipe was incorrectly supported. It was connected to the floor rather than the joists.He used insulation and reconnected the supports to the joists corecting the problem.

I opted to get furnace maintenance package because I was having some problems with my furnace last winter and am living in an older homein the north. The serviceman Robert was so courteous and helpful; I highly recommend this company because they have been so helpful in replacing my hot water tank and fixing my furnace at a reasonable rate....

I had to unplug and plug in my water tank for it to work the last few day. I called reliance and they sent Wes #2491 to service my water tank. He explained how the water tank works and what the problem was. He checked everything and now I am happy. Thank you

The repair people sent out where professional in every way. They went about the business required, and I was very impressed with their work attitude. Great JOB!!!! An A+ Job with A++ Service!!!!!!

Tim Terpstra replaced our furnace & A/C unit, he did a terrific job.He called before coming and arrived promptly.He was very neat, and polite.He explained thoroughly how everything worked.He was very patient answering all my questions.He did a GREAT job he worked hard your company should be happy to have Tim as an employee.
