Otto was very helpful - quick to find out what was the problem and corrected it within 10 minutes. He was friendly and took time to explain the problem to me and about what he did.

We had to replace our furnace and air conditioner even though they were only 7 years old. They were too small for the size of our house and were not efficient. Trevor our sales rep was very informative, professional, knowledgeable, patient and truthful. Trevor even came to our house twice to answer any additional questions that we had! The duo installation crew "The Dynamic Climate" were amazing. They were professional, reliable, and respectful of my property by placing cloth runners on my staircase and cleaning up after themselves once the job was complete. Once the job was complete they spent the time to explain and review the new equipment that they installed. The whole team was amazing!!!! We love how quiet and how effective or forceful the air is in the house especially on the second floor with the new units!. Thank you!

Came home last night to a wet floor under the water heater. The technician, Wes (RCH 2380) was prompt, pleasant and competent. He replaced the water heater, improved the water heater plumbing, explained the water heater operation and answered or questions clearly.

My air conditioner required a repair as it had stopped working. After calling to set up a repair time, the appt. was confirmed by email as well. Serviceman called prior and showed at given time. Frank, employee #2651, was friendly, informative and shared relevant information. Repair (capacitor) was done efficiently and workings checked inside and out. Frank was most respectful of my home and reminded me of a furnace check prior to cold weather. Overall, he made this a positive experience for me. Thanks, Frank!

Joe D'Onofrio was the third technician who came to fix our brand new air conditioner which was installed by Reliance. He was polite, efficient and communicated with us very well regarding the problem. Reliance came quickly when they were called!

Phil Latour,team number 950, did a great job for us. He was very personable and went above and beyond to ensure that our water heater was completely repaired and that the work was done promptly.

We had a new water heater installed today after our old one broke yesterday. It is a long weekend and we were doubtful that it would happen this weekend. Reliance was quick to have someone come in yesterday to have the problem assessed and then set up an appointment to install the new water heater today. Otto and Mehul were very professional, very friendly, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. We were very happy with their service.
