We had a new water heater installed today after our old one broke yesterday. It is a long weekend and we were doubtful that it would happen this weekend. Reliance was quick to have someone come in yesterday to have the problem assessed and then set up an appointment to install the new water heater today. Otto and Mehul were very professional, very friendly, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. We were very happy with their service.

This company has provided the worst service we've ever experienced. Our A/C and Hot Water Heater have needed to be repaired nearly every year. Booking service has been nothing short of a hassle...sitting on hold for hours, taking time off work just to have repair service not show up. To top it off they have been double charging us for services for the past two years. Only when this issue was escalated a number of times was it resolved. I would recommend going with any other company for rental A/C or Hot Water Tank if you have the option.

I am very happy with the maintance I receive fom Reliance. I am NOT happy when Relaince sends a service person who is not an employee. These people are quick, and I have had many problems with their service. I ALWAYS ask for a Reliance employee and often sent one that is not and I now refuse to allow them to work on my furnace or air conditioner. This is a waste of my time. This needs to be addressed by the service call people! Paul W. team member BEA 2060 was great to have service my airconditioner and have always appreciated the service the Reliance employees give me. Please address this issue of non employees who are a waste of my time.

Phil Latour -Team member #950 - was courteous and addressed all my concerns regarding maintenance and performance issues with both the furnace and the a/c systems. He took the time to check proper air flow throughout the home and made minor adjustments where needed. He was very personable and professional . Perhaps a career move into public relations will be in his future. Thanx again Phil.

Installers Daniel, James, and Chris did a great job with removing old propane furnace and installing a new gas furnace and a air condition unit in our Mobile home. Work area was very tight however they completed the job and were very professional. They went through the necessary information I required, did a complete clean up including checking over driveway to pick up any loose screws or metals to prevent flat tires. Very happy with this install.

Furnace was acting up, called Reliance. Within a hour of calling Phil Latour (T.M# 950) called said he was on his way. He found the problem, fixed the problem, no complaints. Phil was professional & quick! very satisfied!!

I was very pleased with the quick, efficient service that technician Matthew P. provided. He called ahead and arrived when he said he would and was very friendly. He quickly assessed and fixed the problem...thanks!!

Reliance sent a repairman who really knew his stuff. The job had stumped two other technicians, but technician John Saliba resolved the issue in 30 minutes. John you're ACES in my book!
