Our AC unit died and we were forced to purchase a new unit. We called four different companies and after reviewing all options, we decided to go with Reliance. While their price was not the lowest, the sales person Caitlin Forrest gave the best presentation, was so friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly went through all of the options and details, she put our mind to ease that we were making the right decision (If her boss is reading this, she deserves a raise!!!). The tech install was completed without an issue and the techs were very pleasant and efficient. Given the Reliance reputation, and their outstanding staff (both Sales and Techs), we are extremely happy with the job done by Reliance and would recommend them to all our friends.

I have a Furnace and Air conditioning service contract, it is a monthly payment for this service. I have never waited for service. They are very helpful. Today service was done on both items. The gentleman Wally ,employee #0480, was efficient and pleasant..

I work 24 hour shifts and upon coming home this morning and going downstairs to find the family room carpet soaked.... Finding that the water heater has been leaking(for how long?) i called reliance rental water heater service... within an hour or two Matthew P. RCH1813 the technician was here and repaired the leaking drain tap... Now its just a matter of drying the carpet ... hoping there is no damage there... overall totally pleased a satisfied that Reliance and their trusted advisor Matthew were so quick to respond and rectify my problem.... Thank you again! Cheers!!

Wes and AJ did a great job. Showed up on time, gave a courtesy call reminder and worked efficiently and promptly. Great workers. Well done. Very pleased with the result.

The person who did our service was Matt. He was on time. He was very pleasant. He took the time to explain what needed fixed and why. We were very pleased with the service.

HORRIBLE first experience. Appointment schedled for July 26 8 - 1. Confirmation call came shortly before 10, I reached the phone just as the call went to voice mail. I called Reliance immediately stating I was waiting but had missed the call. Representative calls the contrator and indicates he is now out of the area (not possible). Rep states he can do nothing but rebook the call. I have to all back after 10 to speak to a supervisor. I call back shortly after ten another representative states she will have a different contractor arrive between 8 - 1. 1:30 no one has arrived. I call Reliance (3rd cal) and am told contractor is running late will be there by 6pm!!! I cancel the call and ask to speak to a superviosr. Supervisor calls me within the hour. Supervisor does NOTHING except rebook the call for the next day. My experience was unprofessional, unreliable and unacceptable!

Matthew P. is very professional and knowledgeable upon reviewing the water heater inquiries. His solution is perfect and very elaborate to the point that allows me to prepare for the work that needs to be done. Thanks Matthew!

Called Reliance for Furnace A/C issues. Adam Walker attended the call. he was amazing . Identified the issue and had placed an order for a coil and come the next day once the coil is arrived and completed the installation. Adam was sincere in followup to complete the work in time. I am very satisfied with dam and Reliance in solving the issue.

The install crew from CJW Heating (Rob, Norm, Chris) was simply awesome. Extremely helpful, courteous and nice. Got the entire installation done on time and with no issues. Answered questions from my mom throughout the process and listened to her concerns. Top-notch work and team. Now waiting for the gas meter to be installed and the final hook-up.

Our air conditioner was not working. It took 3 weeks for Reliance to repair it. We had 3 service calls and the unit was still broken. The third contractor that came told us the compressor had blown and told us we needed a new one. We then waited another eight days and still no repair was carried out. then a service man named bob came and he got things moving. A Compressor was at last ordered for us and sent to our house. It was installed the next day by a wonderful Reliance man named Michael N BEA1681. He was polite, helpful and extremely careful to make sure everything was working order and also picked up on a mistake in the installation of the furnace fresh air intake pipe. We lived through some very hot days in those three weeks, we have 9 children, myself, my husband and my mother all living in this house and really need our A.C, Furnace and water heater working well and don't want to be without any of it for three weeks at a time. I am hoping this was an unfortunate series of events and not the usual service we can expect from Reliance.
