My water heater broke down this morning, and on the way to Church I called the reliance home maintenance service, and a few seconds later they have sent me their confirmation number of the service I was requiring. Mr. Philip Consiglo came at our place at noon, but we didn't come home after 1:30 PM, he came back at my place at around 2:30 PM and 30 minutes later, our hot water is back. Philip is very courteous and professional, great and efficient service. Thank You.

Nick B. the technician came to inspect water heater. It was leaking. Within in minutes he advised me that it needed to be replaced at no cost to me since I have protection plan. Shortly after new water heater arrived and was installed. This was done very quickly and neatly. Great service and very fast.

Our Water Heater broke down. Jason Mitruk called to say he was on his way. Asked me to describe situation, any lights on unit etc. Given the information said i know what the problem is, should be a quick fix. Was in and out in about 30 mins leaving a very happy family with hot water again.

The service advisor arrived within an hour of the call on a Saturday. Jason Mitruk was very courteous and replaced the part within a matter of minutes. Thanks for the quick response!

Last year a service technician from reliance came by and repaired a leak issue with the air conditioner. This time, the service technician Paul C. noticed the issue, took ownership of the issue and resolved it in very good time. And, he corrected the issue that was there from last year and now the air conditioner works the way it should. I have no doubt that Paul did a better fix than was there originally. Great job Paul C. #1690.

I was very pleased with the service. The cost to fix my AC and heating was a very reasonable price. The service technician, Robert, who came to my home was punctual, very nice, and helpful. He did a very good job at fixing my AC and heating and did it in a timely manner.
