Frank Amirrajab came on time. He came to fix the furnace, he did a very good job. My experience with him was a great one. He did very well. I would recommend him to others.

Install Crew: CJW Heating These guys did a great job of installing a tankless hot water tank. The previous homeowner had one installed which has caused us so many issues so we decided to rent from reliance. The crew did a great job, had a great attitude and fixed some issues with the original installation. Great service overall. Thanks guys!

As the summer approached.. In my newly renovated place.. Two units were needed, main and upper floors.. They came on time, they assessed.. An appointment made for the install date.. Three friendly faces they arrived,... Working diligently as they strive... Completing on time, My A/C arrived.. It's so quiet, cool and comfy, I smile..

Had a problem with my Water Heater today and called Reliance for assistance. The technician Otto came out to to do the repairs and his prompt and quick service was excellent. great job Otto..

Wes C #2380 was very professional when replacing our water heater. He noticed an issue with the installation of our furnace and temporarily fix the problem for us. Wes was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. It was a wonderful experience.

Gurmeet Singh came by to help us with our Hot Water heater. he was very professional and quickly diagnosed what was wrong and got the issue resolved. He also pointed to us that we had a small leak in one of the connectors and took care of that as well to avoid any issues in the future.

I would like to thank James for all the time he took to explain about my new furnace an ac he was great. An for the two young men that came to put them in Mike an Andy they where just super they arrived at 8.30 an never stoped until they where finished.very polite an very good of cleaning up any mess made thanks to all three they where great.

I was told that the service repairman would be arriving between the hours of 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Otto of Mississauga GTA RNT2602 was here before 1 p.m. and left before 1 p.m. I was very impressed that he came early he was very polite and explained everything to me so that I could understand and had the situation under control in less than 5 minutes kudos to you great service thanks.
