The Reliance representative "Chad" was friendly, punctual and efficient. The repair was completed quickly and without any disruption to my household. Chad also provided information regarding hot water tanks and maintenance.

Todd is the ONLY person I ever want to clean/repair my furnace and air conditioner! Last year, first time ever meeting him, he came, very polite and helpful. He was the FIRST person to inspect both sides of my furnace, and he found a leak. Very dangerous for my family to breath in (obviously), and he fixed the problem. This year, I personally asked for Todd. I didn't want anyone else!! Todd came, and again, cleaned out and inspected both sides of my furnace. It wasn't leaking (because he fixed it right the first time) ((YAAA - HAPPY FACE)). He helped fix my air conditioner that was tilting, and helped wash out all the dirt from it. To Todd... a great BIG THANK YOU for again, amazing service, great conversation, and your thoughtfulness!! When it comes to my yearly inspections/cleaning. Again, you are the ONLY person I will ask for, and totally recommend (but don't get too busy, I'll need you here next year). I'll have a cup of coffee waiting for you when you enter (cream only).. LOL Thank you Todd !!

My hot water tank flooded because of water in my basement. Maric St. Rose was the technician that attended to fix the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable & professional. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent Work. Otto (RNT 2602)showed excellent customer service. He repaired our water heater. He also installed a grounding feature to prevent the water heater from being damaged in the case of thunderstorms.

unfortunately soon after having our air conditioner fixed it needed repairing again I called reliance and they had Naresh chatarpaul come out and look at it. I found this gentlemen totally professional and courteous. He fixed the problem and gave me some excellent advice that I had never heard to keep my air conditioner working smoothly. I also would like to say he noticed a electrical panel outside that wasn't closing properly so he fixed it and put a safety tab on it in case of children. having two small children under the age of five I cant tell you how valuable that extra mile means. thank you again for that Naresh

Water was leaking out of the pipes of my water heater, it wet all my floor seriously. I made an appointment with Reliance and Chad McDaid - Trusted Advisor came and fixed it in efficiency. Delivered wrong product, used existing wiring, etc Service very poor. Furnace and A/C were installed around November 2013 for $10,000.00 Approx.and issues still there. Sent Emails to the management; sales staff but no resolution. Called 3 times on July9, 2014 to get H.O address. Held the phone for 10minute; 5 minute and 15 minute. Asked to hold and never came back. The second time she hanged up on me after looking at my phone # I want this to be resolved or I will send a letter to the President of the company will a copy of all the Emails sent

Our AC unit wasn't working at all. We had placed two previous service calls and finally Kristin Team Member #1455 came to look at things for us. She was extremely thorough and professional. She determined that the work the previous technicians did was correct, it wasn't the full extent of the problem. Her diagnosis of our AC and Furnace determined that the control board on the furnace had blown. Rather than order a part and have us wait further, she drove back to the shop picked one up and installed it. However, the unit still didn't work properly as she discovered a short in a wire and that our thermostat itself was fried. Kristin repaired all of this for us. She explained everything she discovered as she progressed through the problem. Very happy with her work. Very glad we had the protection plan in place as this repair, along with recharging our AC until would have cost approximately $1000. Tonight my family get to enjoy a cool peaceful sleep! Thank you Kristin!

From Sumintra, Robert Maclean is a very nice and friendly person. He does his work very professionally. If i have any other maintenance or renovation to do in future with my furnace or AC i would like him to do it as he is very good at his work.

Bradley Starratt was professional and did the job explaining everything he was doing. The faucet at the bottom needed replacing so it was not a difficult job but nonetheless it just needed to get done. He was quick, professional and pleasant. No complaints except for the fact that the appointment window the lady over the phone gave was 1 to 5pm. I understand that sometimes jobs take longer than others, but I guess I am just used to 2 hour windows that other companies give. I am very very happy that he showed up though because some other companies will set up appointments and not show up. The cost is $0 since it is included in my monthly rental cost.
