    AC installation, 2 units

    Sales consultant is super helpful in providing all necessary info on the product and pricing. Follow through the process in a comfortable pace and sincere manner. Installation team is very professional. Definite worth every dollar spent!

    AC/Waterheater Install

    The technician James 1807 did a great job at getting my ac unit back up and running. From start to finish it was a good experience. I also had my water heater replaced by Mike from reliance who did an amazing job. These guys were great, the call centre however could use some work. If it wasn't for my great experience with the service and install I would be switching companies. Thanks again guys.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    Called at 630p and was given a 7p-11p window. Pat S (RCH 1278) came just before 10P and got us up and running quickly. He even killed the giant flying bug that flew into the house! From my sales call to today EVERY interaction with Reliance has been amazing! Absolute recommend! Service plan saved me the $208 charge! That's value and service!

    No hot water, made the call and hot water tank exchanged within 24 hours. Thanks John employee # 1485. Very efficient and professional! I appreciated the emails sent to confirm appointment

    Waterheater

    This review is stemming from about 4 issues with our waterheater. The first time the waterheater broke - reliance took about 2 days to come in and fix. This is pretty ridiculous because without the waterheater we had no heat in the house as the furnace was heated by the waterheater. The 3rd and 4th times it took a week!!!! how the hell can it take a week?? No hot water, no heat. I didnt even get a sorry or credit for my troubles. Three key issues: 1) They DO NOT keep a proper inventory of parts - i.e. they had to keep ordering parts when our waterheater was broken - leading to multiple days 2) Their contractors did not properly assess the issue. This lead to multiple contractors coming in at multiple times. Caused us huge grief as someone always needed to be @ home. 3) The equipment they use keeps falling part - i.e. our waterheater broke and they had to replace it. Waterheaters should last 10 years++?? The one they replaced was 6 years old, the one they just installed was 4 months old!!!! Just a terrible experience overall with the company.

    Dave, the repairman was wonderful. Customer service over the phone was terrible. Over the last few years I never had a positive experience with reliance customer care and most recently I was on hold for 16 minutes.

    Hot water tank repair

    I called in for repairs on a Sunday morning and was told someone would be there in the afternoon. Amber arrived, explained the required repairs, and completed the work very quickly and efficiently. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. A great rep for Reliance.

    Hot Water Tank Repair

    Shawn Pothier (Employee #DAA1557) was very professional and restored our hot water in our house quickly and efficiently. He described what the problem was and how he fixed it upon completion. He did an excellent job! Thank you for your prompt service.

    Tankless Hot Water

    Horrid organization at the office. First installer did not know hot to install the tankless system's venting and said it couldn't be done. Called the Rinnai Ontario Rep who said I got bad info, that it can be done easily, and to have Reliant call him which they never did. I called a friend in the industry who recommended an installer at Canadian Air Systems. I told Reliance to set up that appointment through them. They said sure. Come installation day I found out they did not and sent the old installer back. Again and again the simplest requests are ignored. This is a horrible place to get anything done. What a nightmare so far. Countless hours on the phone and nothing good seems to come out of it.

    Water Heater

    We were out of hot water, Otto and Phil from Reliance were at the door within 24 hours (would have liked it to be sooner). They knew exactly what they were doing and fixed the issue immediately.
