Our water heater went down last night, right at the worst possible time - shower time for my son! The very next day, and reasonably early in the day - Richard from Reliance came over to fix the tank. Richard was amazing! He was professional, and a strong communicator. Best of all, he resolved the problem (and fast!), and now we don't have to boil hot water to have a warm shower!

My problem was "No Hot Water." Chad and Philip attended my residence prior to the earliest time I was quoted, which was much appreciated, as I could go about my day. They were in and out within 20 mins. They were knowledgeable and very informative, advising me of protection for my Heater/AC as well, which I called Reliance and purchased. My problem was solved and I have hot water again.... Thanks guys :)

Mike zevallos did an excellent job at fixing our ac unit he went above and beyond to get the part we needed to that we didn't have to wait a week for ac. He went to 4 different places to get it. I will definitely recommend his name to others thankyou!

Our Rental Hot Water tank stopped working last night. I called Reliat the is morning at 8:15 Jason arrived at 10:15 and copleted repairs in 1/2 hour. He was competent, courteous and efficient. Left the house and work area clean. A pleasure to receive quick and courteous repair service .
