Our aging A/C and furnace were in need of a refresh. I was fortunate to be referred to Rick Gregorczyk, who was able to provide us with a competitive price and schedule an install within a week. Bill W. and Wes R. showed up on time and installed the new furnace and air conditioner. The installation was professional and when they left you would never have known they were here. Highly recommend these guys as your install team.

Called about a leaking drain valve on my hot water tank and they came on the same day. Otto arrived, and in 10 minutes he was gone. He replaced it quickly with no problems.

My water heater broke down earlier in the morning and I called Reliance. I was able to get an appointment the same day from 7-11. The technician Allen came by right around 7 and was able to fix my issue. Allen was very polite and knowledgeable he even took time to show me exactly what the problem was and what exactly he was doing. Thank you Reliance

When we scheduled an appointment on a certain day with Reliance, they were very busy at that moment, so they sent us a private contractor outside of their company. We were disappointed with this contractor's service, so we called Caitlin Forrest, the Home Comfort Advisor, and she immediately sent a service technician from Reliance the next day. Caitlin was excellent and very helpful to us. The technician, Derrick Phung, really helped us as well and fixed all the problems we had. In addition, Caitlin generously gave us a free thermostat that was worth approximately $400, to compensate for the poor service given by the private contractors from the other company.

Joel was the saleperson that came out and explained what I needed in the power for my home, set up a time for install and I was very pleased with Jeff and Dan, who came on time and did a great job of involving me in decisions, when they were done, you would never have known what had taken place , they cleaned up and left my home as tidy as before. very impressed with the service.

Robert Maclean is a very professional and friendly technician. He is a good asset for your company. He is a nice person and is a nice person to talk to.

JUST LEFT REVIEW HERE, AND HERE'S MORE INFO ABOUT IT: WE MOVED 2 YEARS AGO FROM RELIANCE OVERCHARGED ABOUT 1 YEAR SINCE WE MOVED. THEY PROMISED TO SEND CHECK FOR REFUND BUT IT'S BEEN TOO LONG I STILL HAVEN'T GOT THE CHECK.

Wake up one day found my hot water not working. Called Reliance and they quickly send over a technician. The technician really know what he is doing, not only he figure out I need a new hot water tank but also, found there is a leak in the pipe which potentially causing carbon monoxide! He advised me the risk and shut the hot water tank off and came back the same week with his partner. Those two guys are amazing, they work though the hassle as the pipe is hide in the closed selling. They managed to work though that, and finally get my hot water back, and get rid of potential risk. I'm so grateful ... I want to mention the first technician's name is Ringo Lau (RNT2466), and his partner Giancarlo Burdi (2334), they are very friendly and if you call reliance you may want to request them instead. (I'm not sure if they will do that for you, but it worth to ask!)

We decided to we needed central air this summer and since we rent water heaer from reliance we decided to get a quote fm them. The sales rep Jason visited our house and made recommendations, he did not try to push anything on us, but gave us all the info we needed. We ended up renting a brand new furnace and ac, with free 24/7 maintance and not spending more than we had planned. Very friendly service and very pleased with the end result.
