    I called for service after experiencing random bouts with no hot water ...service guy saw that the unit was 17yrs old and offered to install a new rental unit, was able to book for the next day!

    12@21 precision tune up air conditioning

    dave s #1618 went over and above his work.he repostioned the furnance filter so that it would slide in easier.took out a small screw type assembly that was blocking the filter entrance.the whole job was top notch

    new air conditioner

    Everyone from Joel Matthews, the product advisor to Dylan K. & Bill S. were professional, knowledgeable and took extra steps to ensure a clean and mess free install. Even when my water to my fridge disconnected Dylan and Bill helped clean up and even reattached the line for me. They went over the features and what what I should do to keep the unit running at top performance. Everything was done neatly and lines were hidden away. Hats off to a crew who takes pride in the job. If you want a great job, call Reliance and you'll be completely satisified.

    Water Heater Service

    Gurmeet was able to diagnose the water heater service required. He was resolve the issue with the right part and efficiently. Gurmeet also went above and beyond to ensure that all other service requirements were met. We were pleased with the service we received.

    Furnace and Air Conditioning Install

    Josh Vandenheuvel and his team member installed our new furnace and air conditioner on June 2nd. They were amazing!! Prompt, Courteous, Efficient. Best service bar none in all the years we have been dealing with hvac. Thank you guys.

    Annuundal Air Condition Service

    We were extremely happy with the service that we received from Adam Suthers when he came on Sunday June 1st for our annual air conditioner service. Adam arrived right on time which I greatly appreciated as there never seems to be enough time in the day to do everything. He was extremely helpful & did not seem to mind when my husband & I asked him so many questions. I did not feel rushed at all with him. Many thanks to Adam! I wish there were more people like him in customer service.

    Central Air Install

    The A/C system is working well and keeping the house cool as the summer starts to heat up. Technician was knowledgeable, straightforward, and installed the unit with a great deal of care -- up to code, well-leveled etc. Why did I score them 9 and not 10? First, the scheduling was awful. I was supposed to get the unit installed on Monday. They showed up and said the work would require a pony panel (an extra circuit), which is what the estimator had told us, but that they couldn't do it and had no electrician available, so they'd come back Wednesday. They show up on Wednesday, and I get a call from the electrical sub contractor saying he can't show up because he didn't get enough notice from Reliance to do the two hour job. I tell the Reliance tech this, because for some reason their own sub didn't get in touch with them. The techs went ahead with the install (they just didn't tie it into the panel). It took the electrician til Friday to get in and do a simple tie-in (didn't actually require a sub-panel, by the way, it could be safely installed in the current 100 amp panel). The electrician was good, too, but Reliance needs to manage their subs better to reduce customers' headaches. The other reason they lost a point was because the estimator originally quoted me an obscenely overpriced amount. Like it was a bit insulting to my intelligence - 50% more than the initial quotes I got from other reputable dealers for the same equipment. The intent was obviously to sell me on renting instead of buying my unit (for $72 A MONTH FOR 7 YEARS, as if I can't do math). I called to give my regrets to the estimator and suddenly it was over a thousand cheaper to buy, which includes a five year parts and labour warranty. I know that Reliance stands behind installed products and has solid 24 hour service so I was willing to pay a couple hundred dollars more for their similar product than their competitors'. I would definitely recommend Reliance to family BUT I would make them promise that they'll get multiple quotes and haggle lest they pay way too much. (Price paid after taxes and energy rebate)

    air conditioner

    Miscommunication between 1st. tech. and office. Our air conditioner needed a new coil in the furnace. When the 2nd tech.Ray #0851 came to install the coil, he informed me that there was a $1300 charge for this. I told him there must be a mistake cause Dave told me this was covered thru our Furnace Protection Plan. Ray immediately called his supervisor Dave and explained to him what the homeowner was told. After Dave checked into the matter, he informed Ray that there was a misunderstanding with the 1st tech. that Reliance would cover the charge. It is because of these 2 gentleman going over and above good customer service, is why I would recommend Reliance Home Comfort for all our comfort need. Thanks Ray & Dave for good customer service.

    Air Conditioner Service

    My service call technician arrived promptly and was extremely courteous and helpful. He diagnosed the issue and gave me some good option. I would definitely recommend him and the company. His name was Adam Walker.

    Booked for Air conditioner service call today 1st june 2014 , technician with name Naresh chattarpaul appeared on time . I got really professional,friendly and excellent service today . I am very happy with Reliance home service call experience thks Hawk Brampton
