To Bill Wright, the sales rep; thank-you for answering my millions of questions, for clarifying all the different systems and options we had, for helping me get the utility room ready for the installers by helping me take down the horrible drop ceiling, for explaining the break down of the cost and outweighing the renting vs buying options, etc. Thanks so much Bill!
To Daniel and Chris our installers , Thank-you for your patience, your good humour, your advice and your fantastic work! These guys were on time, professional, honest, efficient and even cleaned up everything! They went above and beyond to open up the walls and take down anything in the way so the plumber could fix my leaking main stack and did all the work so I wouldn't have to stress about it. They came back the next day to give time to the plumber to fix things so we wouldn't have to deal with leaking pipes in that room afterwards. They were friendly, approachable and a pleasure to be around.
To Brian, the Operations Supervisor: Thank-you! Brian assessed the damage to our leaking basement, listened to me as I rambelled on about all our home issues, and even called in an electrician who made sure our home was safe at his own cost; Brian made sure the job was done right, was done safely and allowed me to feel comfort and confident that things would get better. He made sure we had another source of heat for the night we didn't have a furnace by providing us with many space heaters. He made sure to run everything by me, made sure I understood what was going on in my home and provided me with all the information I needed to make the best decisions for me and my family. I still can't believe how wonderful these guys are!
This amazing team of professionals has helped us restore our faith in good people.
