Our furnace was red tagged and we needed to desperately get things warmed up. Took a few quotes from various companies but by and far, the time and explanation was so professional from the sales person, Rodney Schunker that we decided to go with Reliance and are happy. Good job overall

Our furnace and A/C unit required repair after providing 15 years of trouble free service. Having been a loyal Reliance Home Comfort Protection Plan customer for years, they were my first call for quotation. Brendan Murray from Reliance's sales team was on our doorstep in less than 24 hours from my initial call and from start to finish was a consummate professional to deal with. No detail was overlooked and Brendan went way above and beyond to field all of our questions and to provide us with the best pricing and warranty around, all while maintaining a non-aggressive approach to the sale. Brendan was only too willing to make numerous trips to our home to ensure that no detail was overlooked and called immediately after the installation to make sure we were satisfied. Brendan, you didn't disappoint and we are thrilled with the new equipment and are even more thrilled with the hands on customer-oriented approach you took in dealing with us. I continue to sing the praises of Reliance Home Comfort thanks to Brenda Murray, another fine representative of their company. Many thanks again Brendan!

Bradley Starratt came out to install hot water tank, but quickley learned that there was more work then he was prepared for and told about. So he did a preinspection of what had to be done, called suppervisor and set everything up for next morning. He was very pleasant and polite. He went out of his way to try and make me comfortable about everything. Next morning Reliance sub contractor, Acme cooling and heating (Deep) came out and did a great job and very pleasant. Good job all around and glad I picked Reliance.

Daryl came to my home to replace a water heater. He represents your company in an extremely professional manner. Daryl was friendly, polite, kept the work area clean, and after the job was done - explained what each of the valves controlled, as well as how to switch them off if necessary. He arrived after a long list of snafu's the day before that saw me wait for 7 hours for a technician, who in the end did not come. Daryl restored my faith in your company. He's a gem. You're lucky to have him!

Leaky tank. Replaced right away. Great service from the time i called the service center to the clean up after installation. Thanks Matt and Aman. Highly recommend reliance home comfort.

after 22 years...time to replace existing...good news is that I purchased most efficient system for home comfort....bad news is that installers could NOT get the furnace to operate...does this qualify me for $500? inconvenience offer? Appears as if mother board on furnace an initial failure-no fault of installers who did an exemplary job. Currently waiting for Reliance service man as furnace was installed today April2/2104

I would like to thank Reliance and I'd have to say their #1 sales rep Jason Newton. My family was down with no heat/hot water and they were both there to help my though my dilemma. Jason Newton walked me through with their products and not once pressured me into something I didn't need. A true gentleman working for a great company. Thanks guys

Saleem Malik help me to fix the water heater. He figure out the problem right away once he see it, and replace the part within fifteen minutes. He is a very friendly and helpful technician.

I dealt with the Windsor Representative at Reliance in an attempt to alleviate the high heating cost of the existing electric wall heaters in my rental house. The first option was not available in my time frame but she came up with an alternative that will also provide air conitioning and heat to supplement the gas fireplace in the winter months. She was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
