This is the fisrt time I called for service with Reliance, because of a water leak. The technician came much earlier than I was told, just what I wanted. He fix the problem in just few minutes and the hot water is just back in time.Thank you Othmane (Otto).

Ringo lau delivered exceptional customer service at our home today. He worked carefully around the house and was friendly when answering questions. Ringo demonstrated that he is responsive, enthusiastic and professional. Thanks Ringo for help!

When we called in for a new hot water tank we got an appointment for the next morning. The technician (Zac) was very nice, explained every step of the procedure, worked professional and efficient. He cleaned up very good before he left. A defective valve was replaced for a very reasonable charge. Thank you guys, great job.

I was very pleased with the professional and knowledgeable service I received this morning. The advisor thoroughly inspected all possible problematic factors and easily deduced the main source of the problem. Advisor Joe Green educated me on why my problem was occurring and how to rectify it. He also promised to follow up to ensure my problem was fully rectified. He was professional, courteous and pleasant. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend this company, more specifically advisor Joe Green to friends and family. Thank you Joe Green!

Started the day with no heat at 3am. With a 4 mth old that is big trouble on a cold night. Called Reliance and they had a technician come over by 7am (thank goodness!). Chris B (#907) was very nice and helpful as he fixed our 25yr+ old furnace with no judgement. He did chat to us about the eventual need for a new furnace but did not make us feel pressured to act right away. We truly felt like we were taken care of by a company/employee who cares and respects their/his customers. This is not the first time you have impressed us and for that, we will definitely keep you in mind when the time comes for a new furnace. Thanks again, Lynn

After my furnace started making a loud noise through the night, I called Reliance Home Comfort, they came the next day at my convenience of time, and my Service Plan saved me 750$. The customer service was great, Paul L gave me great tips seeing as we are first time home owners about the furnace and humidifier, about maintenance of the filter, etc. He was great, called me before he arrived on time as expected, and friendly.

Due to furnace failure, met with Reliance Home Comfort Advisor Jayson Newton. I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and communication skills. He gave me time to discuss purchase with my family, after which I proceeded to purchase new furnace and AC. I highly reccomend Reliance due this experience.

I got an automated phone call from Reliance to call and have my free inspection. They called before they came, took their boots off (even though I said they didn't have to) checked my furnace and discovered that my humidifier was not working on the furnace. He programmed my thermostat and then he ordered the part to be delivered to my house. This was Wednesday. Thursday morning a knock on my door and there was the part. They are coming today to fix it. They called again before they came and were there right on time. It took 10 minutes to install the part and I am thrilled with the service. I am so happy I have the reliance protection plan. Outstanding customer service. Thanks to the entire staff in Sarnia, Ontario.

My hot water tank was leaking pretty steady over the weekend and on Sunday I made the call to Reliance. They worked with my work schedule to set up a time to come and have it fix(within 24hrs). Thankfully Mr. Mohammed Wasay showed up early in the time window that they said he would be here (between 7-11pm showed up at 7:30pm) They were polite and answered all my questions(trust me there was a lot), they even took the time to answer some questions about my furnace-which I own and also made some suggested that would help with the humidity in my basement(best part the fix would be free!) Also they showed me how to pick the heat of my water as we were noticing it wasn't as hot in the shower as it used to be, they gave me some good tips on how to pick a temperature and also suggested that I might need to change the filter in my shower. I was very please with all the help I got and that they were able to fix the problem with my hot water tank in minimal time. Also before leaving Mr. Wasay spoke to me about some of the other rental services they offer outside of the hot water tank---AC and furnace, which I found very helpful and is something im going to be speaking to my husband about. Overall I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received tonight, they went above and beyond the call of duty and best of all no more puddles in my basement!

Hi. My water heater tank was leaking last Saturday 22/2014. I called Reliance then just few hours ,Andrew Cheng came and gave me advice.I decided to replace it. He worked so hard and alone ,took about 3 hours, no break for lunch. I appreciated his job and Reliance. Thank you Andrew and Reliance taking good care of clients
