My water heater was not working so I called Reliance and they had someone there the next day. Giancarlo was knowledgable, courteous, and quick! Thanks for the continued excellent service.

I need advise on getting a rental water heater, Their advisor, Mr. Tommy Gianitsopulos came within an hour. Bringing his professional advise, not just on water heater, but also on the ventilation system. He is excellent.

Our water heater was leaking, we called for service and we got scheduled the next business day. The timeframe for service given was 10 am - 2 pm, quite reasonable, and our service person, Otto Kanouni, came just a little after 11 am. Otto explained what the problem was in a way that a layperson would understand, and even gave some tips. Very knowledgeable with his job, friendly, polite and courteous. Very satisfied with the service. Thanks, Otto and Reliance!

Last week, having noticed our water heater was leaking, I called Reliance to set up a repair. Jason Mitruk arrived at my home that same day, diagnosed the problem and determined that it was time to change our water heater. He was courteous, professional and timely and was done within about 1 hour. A good service experience for sure.

When our water heater was not working, I called reliance comfort service centre. Even though it was Sunday, they arranged service tech immediately. Saleem Malik, Service advisor came within about 20 minutes and provided his excellent service. He explained the necessity of protection plan for furnace and cooler and its advantages. We agreed and accepted to go with protection plan. I appreciate Saleem and as well as reliance company

There was no hot water so I called Reliance service and there was nobody available until the next day. I felt a little disappointed that I was paying for a service that would take some time. An hour later we had a phone call saying that there would be somebody here within the hour. At this time I was feeling less disappointed. Mr. Gurmeet Singh called 15 minutes after that and said that he would be at my home in 5 minutes. He showed up on time and asked me what the problem was and he asked me to show him where the tank was located. He was able to diagnose the problem in less then a minute. He immediately proceeded to replace a part. After completion the water flowed better than it had in the past. He conducted himself in a polite, professional and courteous manner. I am now very satisfied with the service I am receiving from Reliance. Thank you for the prompt attention to the problem!

Today in morning we ran out of hot water and the reliance was quick to response to our call and we got the representative Gurmeet was in our home in 15 minutes and he fixed the heater and we hot water supply started we thank their rep particularly for his courteous behaviour and eye on detail we will recommend their service to our friends

After waking Tuesday morning to a house temperature of 12 degrees celcius, I called Reliance and had heat by 3:30pm. My service tech was knowledgeable and 100% customer service oriented. Thank you, Reliance and Phil (#950) for your 'Great Service'!!!

Opened my faucet on Saturday morning. Realised that there is no hot water coming out. I was worried that its going to get fixed next week. Called Reliance for help. Technician (Mike) showed up in less then half an hour. He was professional at all times, replaced necessary parts (that were seized). Didn't leave any mess behind him. Faucets are working the way they should now, and I am happy.

Hot water tank replace by Matt and John on Dec. 12, 2013. The furnace was replaced by Daniel and Kory on February 6th, 2014. We were very satisfied with both crews work. They done a very professional job. You could see they all took pride in their work and they knew what they were doing. Thank you Matt, John, Daniel and Kory for professional job.
