On Family Day my 22 year old furnace decided to retire. I have the “Homeowner Plan” with Reliance so called them immediately. Within a couple of hours Les Wood came and saved the day. At my request Les contacted the Sales Associate from my area. Norman Wong arrived a little later that same day and explained the equipment that would be most suitable for my size home, this without being ‘pushy’. After I agreed to go ahead the installers, Jeff and Dan arrived bright and early on Thursday, they worked diligently without a beak until 5:30, they explained what they would need to do when they first arrived and were excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this team of installers. I feel that I have been taken care of very well by Reliance and I’m now sitting cozy and warm with my new furnace.

I had my Water Heater serviced by Giancarlo Burdi from Reliance. Giancarlo was very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, kept his work area clean and most importantly, he was able to solve my hot water problem in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend both Giancarlo and Reliance.

After getting mad at my husband for using ALL the hot water for his shower I realized it wasn't his fault when we had no hot water the next morning. I called Reliance and they sent Jason Mitruk out to service the water heater. He was very polite, handled my dad's hovering really well and fixed the problem. Thanks very much Jason!

My hot water tank is not working. I called reliance and they send service guy in 12 hrs. The guy is very friendly. He figured out the problem, fixed it pretty soon, and explained it clearly to me. I am very satisfied.

Chris Shaw from reliance fixed me up quickly and professionally. He arrived on time in snowy conditions and was quickly and personable. 30 words min is far too much to write for a service call!

Courteous, reliable, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time! I had a builder installed furnace humidifier that stopped working, so I called Reliance to book an appointment. Customer Service told me upfront it would cost $89 for the inspection/diagnosis. I was able to choose a time window in the evening (between 7-11pm), which was great because I didn't need to take time off from work. The technician, Derek, called me about 45 mins prior to let me know approximately when he would arrive. He arrived promptly and was very courteous. I showed him to the humidifier. Sure enough, the humidifier worked when he was there, so I asked about replacement anyways. He gave me the pricing and some options. I explained what I observed before, and he did some more inspection and the unit malfunction as I had seen earlier. I opted for the replacement, which was $100. The whole diagnosis and replacement took less than an hour, but he was very thorough, took the time to answer questions, explain the operation, and did a better job cosmetically than the original installation! I would definitely recommend Reliance Home Comfort!

We appreciate his expertise in the work that Otto completed in our home to replace our water heater and remove the old heater in a flawless manner. From my first phone call saying my furnace needed service, to Kyle who came to service my furnace to his recommendation to talk with Dean Timpany who was in tune with my financial situation to my need of heat and air, he worked to get me the best possible deal he could. I was very pleased and the next day they installed my furnace and heat was a welcome commodity in this home. Not the route I wanted to go, but after talking with Dean and getting the same recommendation as Kyle gave me I was very comfortable with my decision. You could not expect better service anywhere. On the first cold long week of the year , out furnace broke dabs tag unsafe , but the experience wasn't that bad , thanks to the enormous team work of Darius Chinchgur and Mike Zevallos from Reliance home comfort ,everything was resolve , very professional .

Very timely installation of a new high efficiency gas furnace. The two men, Ryan D. and John P. arrived on time and were finished in less than 3 hours. This included laying floor protectors, dismantling and removal of the old system and installation of the new one. They took the time to explain system operation, thermostat programming and humidifier control to me. They cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Job well done guys! Thanks for everything.
