Had the hot water stop twice recently for a few hours then come back like a blockage was released. Reliance Home Comfort Advisor Saleem Malik came and replaced the heat trap ball. He was polite and efficient. The HW tank is a rental from Reliance so there was no charge.

We have problem with the rental hot water system and today we have a serviceman ID#2466 who can speak with us in Chinese that we feel very happy to have someone explain to us in our own language what he has fixed. He is excellent in this area and able to help us to solve the problem. Thanks Ringo.

We went to our cottage in gravenhurst, the toilets and taps were frozen. The furnace had broken down. Called two companies, they said they couldn't come for three days. Called seasons change mechanical in gravenhurst. They came within half a day. Courteous, knowledgeable and fixed it within an hour. Extremely competent company. Thank you to glen, laura and David. What lifesavers in February weather.

39.99 is my monthly charge for the new tankless water heater I'm getting installed. Free installation and maintenance provided by Reliance. Jason R. came out, explained the whole process and had all the paper work and installation date booked in less than a hour, Didn't waste my time with useless BS. Very down to earth and matter of factly - which is what more salespeople need to be like.

Our service technician Don was very friendly and reviewed the cause of the problem thoroughly and explained the steps we needed to take to solve the issue. He also came on time and was very helpful.

When your furnace decides to stop working in the middle of a Northern Ontario winter you become concerned for your well being as well as your families. Upon calling Reliance, a company I have respected and trusted since becoming a home owner, an appointment was arranged for service where Rock (service tech) gave it a look and immediatley referred us to his sales rep Bill who came within 40 minutes to assess the situation and promptly set us up for a new Furnace. The installers, Daniel and Kory, were very informative and knowledgeable about their services. They went to work immediatley, were very polite, and respected our home. Upon needing further repairs (on anything possible) I will always turn towards Reliance as I have never been dissapointed. These guys were professional and a pleasure to work with.

I would like to recommend Wendy for all the time she has taken to show me the choices and options available. It was a long process and I got many quotes but I chose Reliance because of quality and price and the products and warranties. I highly recommend Reliance to my family.
