I expected a technician to come to my home to repair my hot water tank. The repair was to be covered by reliance home comfort. The technician, named Don was on time and prepared for the job. He covered his shoes and brought all appropriate tools with him. He quickly helped clear the work area and made the repair in a few minutes. He was polite and helpful and was able to clearly explain what the issue was that precipitated the repair. I'd recommend his company to others.

We had a Reliance employee attend our home on Feb 10/2014 at approx 8pm. This employee was very informative and attended to our concerns in detail. We are not existing clients as yet but if we decide to purchase your services it will be because of the great Customer Service Omar #2471 provided us! He went above and beyond when we realized there was a minor issue for him to resolve after he already left our home and he didnt hesitate to turn around and come back to resolve the issue. He was already 15 minutes away and he still offered to make a "u turn" to help a potential NEW customer. Good job and please add this testimony to his file.

Very well satisfied with Nima Karimi from Reliance Brampton. Before Mr. Karimi visit, we were planning on going with another company but his way of explaining convinced us to go with Reliance. He explained the thermostat settings in depth, clearly and in a polite manner. 100% satisfied, he represents your company very well.

The friendly Mehul Patel (ID 2469) came ove to fix the water heater issue. He is very professional and explained everything. And of couse, he fixed the issue in 10 mins. You are the man!

We suddenly found ourselves without hot water last evening. First thing this morning I called Reliance as my hot water heater is a rental. In the past I have thought about buying my own water heater, but after the service I just received from Joe Green at Reliance I am very happy I never acted on that thought. Reliance had their repair man at my house within 4 hours of me calling them. When Joe arrived he was extremely personable, understood the problem and the steps I took to correct it, then in easily understandable terms explained what the problem was and how he would repair it. I enjoyed chatting with Joe as he did the repair which took him about 10 minutes. Great guy with great service. I would recommend Joe any day. Thanks Joe!

What a great service. Had a simple knocking in the water heater. Was more annoying than anything. Called Reliance, dispatched a tech right away. The tech was great. Very helpful. Helped look around to troubleshoot the issue too. Had it diagnosed and fixed right away. Very nice and pleasant. Great experience!
