Gurmeet Singh was very professional and courteous. Showed up on the scheduled appointment time and make suggestions to help. Switched from Direct Energy home plan to Reliance Home Comfort. Keep up the good work.

We knew we needed to replace our furnace before winter came and started meeting with contractors to get their opinion. Wendy came to our home and was very professional and helpful. She explained the details and helped us understand and choose a product that works great. We went with Wendy for both the furnace and air conditioner because of her simple and educated approach.

Adam Walker was very polite and prompt. He worked in a timely manner and answered any questions we had and also gave us a few tips too. Very satisfied and would recommend to others.

I discovered that my hot water tank was leaking in the morning. I called around 7:45am and I was pleasantly surprised that they showed up at 9:15am. Wesley Lloyd quickly determined that the tank was leaking on the inside and therefore needed replacement. He called Gian Carlo to help with the replacement. By 11:30am the old tank was removed and the new tank was installed. I am extremely happy with response time and the speed of the service.

Dave McDonald came and fixed our hot water tank in a timely manner. He was very informative when it came to answering a few of our questions in regards to our Furnace and how we can include that as part of Home Reliance. He provided excellent information and now we have our Furnace covered under Home Reliance should we have any minor issues they would come out and fix it just as easy and hassle free as the service we receive them in regards to our Hot water tank. We were very satisfied with the service that Dave McDonald provided and how helpful he was. We have always been satisfied with Reliance but his hard work, dedication, professionalism, and excellent expertise in the services and products Reliance provides were extremely helpful! Thank you Dave McDonald and Reliance for your always excellent service!

What a horrible experience! We were doing a basement renovation and wanted to move our water heater to allow for a larger walkway. After looking at many options we decided on a tankless water heater. Reliance came to install but actually left our home without testing the new water heater and left it unplugged! Later than night (early February) we discover our furnace is not working. I called reliance three times and they refused to acknowledge that the work they did could have led to this and would not be able to look into this until the next day. We have a 15 month old at home so this was not a solution we liked. Long story short, nobody at reliance called me back, not the sales rep, not customer service, not the tech, nobody. It was as if they just didn't care. Stay away from this company. We will be working towards ending our relationship with them after this unbelievably frustrating situation.

Our water heater stopped working over the weekend, called Reliance to rent a new unit. Same day Wesley Lloyd from Reliance came to hookup the unit , completed the job in one hour, very professional answered all my questions, properly tested the unit and performed a clean and quality job.

Had a new furnace with a humidifier installed last week Today morning found a large puddle of water on the basement floor. Mr Gurmeet Singh who was the assigned Technician was punctual . He fixed the problem. He also finished the work the previous guys missed. He is well mannered , pleasant and seemed to know what he was doing.

Steve Soobrattee of Flan Air came out to repair my Hot Water Heater today. He is very professional and courteous. He called me in advance to let me know the approximate time that he'd arrive. He is knowledgeable, diligent and careful not to make a mess during the repair. He cleaned up after he's done with the work. Would like to use him again for future repairs.
