    Hot water tank leakage

    I called Reliance to report a hot water tank leakage. The technician, Mohammed Wasay, called within half an hour and arrived at my home 10 minutes later. He was very professional and friendly and he found the problem and repaired it within 15 minutes. I strongly believe that Mohammed is a fine representative of Reliance and I would be pleased to recommend him and Reliance to my neighbours, friends and colleagues. Thank you Mohammed and keep up the great job !!!

    furnace motor

    ED 8255 Replaced furnace motor in the time he said it would take. Clearly explained the charges. Also explained some how to do some regular home owner maintenance items. I would highly recommend ED from Reliance!

    Furnace Installation

    Our furnace decided to stop working and were left with out heat. Reliance sent out a product rep (Alex) within a few hours so we could purchase a new furnace. Hirad and his crew were sent the next day and the new furnace was installed. Hirad did an excellent job with the installation, and answered all the questions we had. Our humidifier stop working a few days later and Hirad orderd a new part while staying in constant communication with us until it was replaced.     Intermittent Furnace Problem

    Furnace would on occasion not start. Powering down would fix it..Called for service under maintenance plan. Amber(1620) came the same day & found some blockage in one of the drain lines & cleared it. Ok so far hard to fix something when its working. Very satisfied with Amber's service call.

    tank less water heater

    Ryan (#1558) set my tank less hot water heater last evening. He was very attentive to detail, efficient, and extremely personable and professional. He is a fine representative for Reliance and I would be very pleased to have him work in my home again. Thanks, Ryan!!

    very satisfied very friendly and knowledgeable,explained parts of my new furnace and what to expect even swept the snow out of my back poarch,and with it being -34 while they installed the furnace very friendly still amazing company...mrs. Melissa dick very satistied customer

    furnace air & water heater install

    Mike and Rob came into my home to install a top of the line Carrier infinity furnace, air conditioner, air cleaner, humidifier and power vented water tank. Venting was going to make it a very complicated install. These guys are pro's at what they do. They always checked with you ever step to make sure you were ok with decisions. The work is flawless! Great guys, super quality install! They explained the new system and took you through using different features. Highly recommend this team. Many thanks to them both. I'm the condo president and l'll be recommending them to the others in my condo.

    Furnace malfunction

    I made a call for my furnace not working and Randy showed up that same Thursday morning after checking why he determined the motor was the cause. His office ordered the part from their supplier in Toronto Randy had told me he was going to put a rush and he was hoping for Friday if not then Monday. This is Tuesday and no part yet as per his office. Randy did bring me two electric heaters in the meantime and I have a gas fireplace. But I am not satisfied my furnace is still not repaired after counting today 6days.........

    Furnace

    Adams (#7277) called in to fix the Furnace. He was courteous n very professional. Fixed the fault quickly. Very satisfied , great service a fine representative for Reliance. Highly recommended

    ventor motor

    I was very impressed with my service tech, Frank from Brampton, he was very informative and knowledgeable about the task at hand. He taught me some things I didn't know about my furnace, and how to keep it running efficiently. Thank You Frank Joe from Brampton (carpenter)
