Reliance Home Comfort reviews (13630)

We have been customers of Reliance since we owned our home 13 years ago. A cold shower on Sunday morning prompted a service call and Steve Danchak (1502) made it out that same day despite it being Sunday. He very quickly found the source of the problem to be the ignition switch and had it fixed in no time at all. Steve was friendly and professional and was able to fix the problem! thank you!

We have a maintenance agreement with Reliance for our water tank and when we called for service they came right away. He was very polite, professional, helpful and informative. Employee # 1191019

top rate service, Dan and Kory the installers did a 10star job, neat and clean. In fact everybody we dealt with at Reliancehomecomfort, were pleasant, good at there job. 10 stars to all.

Steve and Matt came by Saturday morning to replace our hot water tank. They were very friendly and courteous, and most of all very helpful. We thought our old tank was leaking but it seems to be something else - they had great suggestions as to what it could be and it looks like the water has stopped leaking - thanks guys!

Signed up with comfort plan, $39 a month. Got a annual free maintenance with furnace. Derek Phung (#2393) came and did a great job on maintenance. He was friendly and very helpful with all the question that I had. He also gave me some home maintenance advice. I would recommend him to be your service person.

My water heater broke down yesterday morning. The Technician Mohammed Wasay showed up on time and fixed the problem right away. He was very professional and courteous. Great service. Highly recommended.

Service guy was excellent. Replaced the heater and ran new pipes to bring into code. Very polite and professional. Cleaned up when he was done and showed us how to make adjustment if need,

Derek Phung, Technician #2393 arrived on time for the scheduled annual maintenance of my furnace. Derek was friendly, extremely thorough with his work and did a lot of extra small things that weren't necessary. I would definitely want Derek back for next year's scheduled tune-up/maintenance. Last night the hot water tank was leaking and today Jason (Jay) Mitruk #2483 came to my home and determined that I needed a new tank. Jay did a fantastic job installing the new tank and offered great customer service. Thanks Jay! Can't say the same for the customer service rep. that first dealt with me last night.
