I needed a technician A.S.A.P. Call was dispatched & I was given a rough ETA. Craig (Technician #7213) called 15 minutes before arrival & was punctual, professional & very pleasant. Within minutes he knew the problem, ordered the parts. Followed up with me quickly to set installation time, he was very accommodating. Would totally recommend Reliance, great protection plan & amazing service. Thanks Craig!

The technician, Dave (#1685) did an excellent job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly and efficiently completed the repair. I would highly recommend the Reliance Home Comfort maintenance plan.

Our Reliance water heater leaked last night, so we arranged for the service guy to come this morning. Jonathan arrived promptly, so that was good. He quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a new tank. He worked efficiently and pleasantly and, after giving me a quick tour of the new water heater, he was on his way. The whole visit only took about an hour. Great service! Thanks, Jonathan!

Wes, employee #2491, came to serve my over heat water tank on Nov.9,2013. He is a very helpful professional. He explained step by step to solve the problem of water over boiled as well as properly maintain knowledge of equipment. He was cheerful to answer my enquiry patiently. Great job!

A few days ago my 7-year old water tank started to leak. After calling Reliance they have scheduled an appointment for the next day. Steve G. (#1277) showed up on time as promised. After inspecting the leak it turned out the tank needed to be replaced. And because the plastic venting was old, it had to be replaced as well to comply with the new code. The tank cost was covered by the rental agreement but the plastic pipe was my cost. Steve offered me a good price for the venting replacement. Steve did an excellent job replacing the tank and the pipes, his work was very clean and he finished on time as he has estimated. I’d like to thank Steve for his professionalism and quality of work, and definitely recommend Steve for any similar plumbing, gas or furnace job.

They sold us an AC+Furnace combo, they made a lot of promises of how the system would perform, specifically in the attic. System performed poorly. When I contacted them AFTER their "home evaluation" aka, sales pitch, they said I need more duct work in the house..even after they promised it would function 100% post "home evaluation". They have a Total Home Comfort guarantee which isnt valid, I tried to claim that and they said it applies to the equipment and not our comfort???? then we tried to claim their $500 no frustration guarantee, but were told that applies to the equipment malfunction and not performance???? The system did not save us money on our hydro as PROMISED!!! nothing but excuses from reliance. Horrible service and care from start to finish. Lots of promises but be very careful, lots of false statements. Company Response? nothing, they just ignored followup texts and calls

Derek Phung, Employee #2393 technician from Reliance have the problem solved within one hr where Fern Air technician walked away from this job night before. Highly recommended to everybody. Their $19.99 protection plan rock !

Hands down the best service I've had in my home. When Craig arrived he was pleasant and very understanding to my problem. His quick diagnosis allowed me to go on with my day and not worry about my pipes freezing. Also the coffee he brought me was a really nice touch. Thank you and the house is very toasty!!! I will have reliance back to my house and would recommend them anyday

My house heating furnace stopped working on Friday evening no heat on winter night Saturday morning I called Reliance home comfort. Advisor Tommy Gianitsopulos was with me within hour and I finalized my furnace in next hour. Service Rep: Brad (Emp # 2474) Charges paid: $0 since unit under rental agreement ($24.66/mo) Brad was very courteous and professional. He not only resolved the issue by changing the drain valve but also helped me understand various situations in which drain valve may fail. He also helped me understand different components of the unit and how to increase efficiency of the unit - all this information not rocket science but not so obvious either to amateurs such as myself.
