Service Rep: Brad (Emp # 2474) Charges paid: $0 since unit under rental agreement ($24.66/mo) Brad was very courteous and professional. He not only resolved the issue by changing the drain valve but also helped me understand various situations in which drain valve may fail. He also helped me understand different components of the unit and how to increase efficiency of the unit - all this information not rocket science but not so obvious either to amateurs such as myself. Thanks Brad.

I have had a few houses and often had the same technician his name is Pat and I have always been so happy with his service. He is nice and honest and always has a smile. He is also very good at his job, in and out.

Hello, I had a wonderful experience with Reliance. My elderly mother recently had her water heater breakdown. The technician-Jonathan Cain, was there within a day to give her hot water again. He was ever so nice, cheerful and accommodating to my mother's needs. She was so happy that he even spent the extra time to show her how to use her newer electronic thermostat. Just great service!!!!!

I had a problem with my water heater. I simply called received quick service from Reliance. Gurmeet was an amazing help as he worked quickly to resolve my needs. He also took the extra effort to explain to me why these issues were occurring. I would recommend his service to all that have issues such as these.

I originally called Darius over the summer to get a quote for an Air Conditioner. He was very helpful and patient so the minute my furnace stopped working I called him. He showed up an hour later, that is definitely efficiency! As a result, I was able to get the OPA Rebate which is ending today. After the weekend I will have a new furnace, AC and tankless water heater. Thanks Darius!

On Black Friday our water tank decided it had enough. At 5:30am we discovered water leaking. By 6:00 I called Reliance and actually got a live (Samantha) person that dealt with our situation immediately. By 8:00 Aman Sidhu (2379) showed up and replaced our old with a new. A couple hours later he was on his way to his next stop and we had hot water running throughout the house. Thanks Aman. Job well done!
