    Hot water tent

    The worker is very good..and the service he had done if elf great..therefore they are a very good service company to solve all the problem and I really thank to the worker name Wes to helped me today

    Service call

    Joe D'Onofrio is awesome...Answered all the questions as well as explained about the future timelines about furnace. Also, performed the job within the time he promised us. Two thumps up Joe.

    Hot water tank repair

    Had a problem with my hot water tank yesterday, called Reliance and the service rep was very friendly and quickly set up an appointment for me, Technician Ringo came in on time, he was courteous and professional and knowledgable, quickly found out what the problem was and the repair was fast and efficient, and I am very pleased with the result.

    replacement of control board

    Frank from Brampton was the only service man that I can say truly provided high quality service. My furnace was not working. One week prior the first serviceman came to my house. I think his name was Joel . He arrive late and told me my furnace was working fine. Over the next few days; my furnace was going on and then stopped working again. I finally had another service man arrive Frank from Brampton.He was very professional and I can say a real expert in furnace repair. He ordered the control board that was not working. He was able to identify what the issue was. He took time out and actually took the service call two days earlier than what Reliance was telling me when they would be able to have another service man install the new control board. Frank's service was overall a 10+ I would only hope that Reliance is able to hire more "Franks from Brampton" as he was exceptional. Thanks again Frank

    Hot water tank repair

    Great customer service from the phones to the repair guy! It was fast, friendly and helpful. And best of all the insurance I pay monthly actually covered the full cost of the repair. Thank you to reliance.

    New Air Conditioning

    I contacted Reliance through the internet for a Quote on installing an air conditioning unit in my home. I was surprised when i received an email to verify the time and date i requested. Jeff Parsons showed up on time with all the answers to my question (very professional). After booking an installation time for the next day (wow how fast is that) the installer showed up on time and prepared to do the job. It was a new install (drilling holes, levelling pad and wiring to panel) which took one man about six hours to complete. I was totally impressed with his work ethics and professionalism. Later that evening i recieved a call from Jeff inquireing as to my satisfaction for the job done. Thank you Jeff for the great responce and professional job, i'm looking forward to the hot summer days when i can really appreciate my air conditioner.

    Furnace Repair

    Since buying my home, I've purchased a HVAC service plan with Reliance Home Comfort. Certainly glad I did! The motor on my furnace, despite only 5 years old, seized-up once the weather started to get colder. I called Reliance and they had a technican out in the same day to diagnose the problem. Understandably, he did not have the exact part with him, but placed an order that night and the part arrive the following day. Reliance had a technican come back to the house to complete the repair within 24 hours. From the call centre operator to the technicians, all were extremely courteous, professional and punctual. If I didn't have the service plan the repaid would have cost me $900 !! Thanks Reliance.

    New water tank installed

    I had the pleasure of having Mohammed Wasay install a new water tank in our home. He work quickly and efficiently and was very respectful. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

    he was very professional and very knowledgable courteous and friendly he cleaned the fan as well and said that was a preventative measure so the motor wouldn't seize very nice employee
