I am very impressed and thankful for Norm Wong's efforts in recommending the system that was right for my home. The time spent at our home understanding our needs and calculating heat loss was a new concept to me. Norm was very thorough to a fault and understood that since I did not really pay attention to the needs of the furnace and its filters, that I would need a system that only required annual filter changes. Air quality was important to us and a UV filtration add-on was recommended and purchased. I will have no quams about recommending Norm to friends and family. Thank you Norm Roman L Szagala

Wes came over after calling and giving me 15 minutes to await his arrival to fix my leaking temperature and pressure valve he explained how it works and cleaned my burner as well. Thank you reliance

Service received by Sales Rep Jayson Newton was fantastic. Answered all questions, provided information and returned calls/emails quickly. Any concerns or troubleshooting was dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction.

Reliance came in to inspect their 11+ year old water heater and quickly determined that it needed to be changed. The appointment was booked on the spot for the date and time I needed. When the technician (Tim H) came in he offered some options and quoted a reasonable price. The work was completed in a timely manner. Tim was very professional and answered all my questions. Thanks! Recently we had a need to change our furnace and were pleasantly educated by Wendy on our options. We changed the install date and they came exactly on time and did a great job. Wendy even came to install with coffee! Would recommend this team to my friends and family.

The installers , Dan & John came to the house, took out the old furnace and installed a brand new system. They were courteous, helpful, explained the thermostat to us fully, cleaned up after themselves . They were very conscious that the cold weather was setting in, so booked us in a timely fashion.

I met with Jayson and he explained all of the details. He explained all of my options and helped me understand the different products. Jayson was very helpful, polite and was not aggressive in talking about the product or the service. The servicemen were very friendly, efficient and had a good sense of humor. They were helpful in explaining the thermostat. They left the job in very clean condition. I would highly recommend Jayson and the servicemen to my friends. It was a very good experience. I felt confident going with this service.

Rental Unit - My tenants called in a panic as they couldn't get heating or hot water. I placed a call to Reliance and they sent Gurmeet (Empl. # 2473) within 24 hours to have a look. He changed out the Ignition unit of the hot water tank for us and it's been a week now and working perfectly fine. He was very professional, and patiently answered all of my tenants and my questions. Mr. Gurmeet had provided excellent services and advices. Even though there was nothing wrong with my water tank he would still do a regular check up on my water tank and make sure everything is running properly. By chance my furnace was right beside my water tank and he provided professional advices and recommended me that I should replace it for safety reason.
