Today a very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly man named Richard Knicely employee #1568, came out to my home in Guelph. My furnace was not working. My husband and I feared we needed a new furnace. He quickly made an assessment of the situation, stuck a thermometer on something inside and asked a few questions with my concern in mind. He concluded I needed a new motor and was satisfied with the shape of my furnace (something about my heat exchanger) was worth a new motor. I felt safe with him in my house, he was kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Plus he fixed my problem on the spot. He replaced my motor with a brand new one. My furnace has been working since he left and it sounds better than it has in years.
